Dear Ms. Roger,
We have received your letter dated 20th April, 2019 expressing your desire to join our alumni,
and we take immense pleasure in informing you that you have been selected. There has been
great numbers of applications this year for joining our alumni, but only few have been able to
pass the screening process.
You would be glad to know that our association is amongst the oldest alumni organisation in the
country. It was founded in the year 1915, and since then have been dedicated in keeping the
school alumni members connected with not only the students passing from the school but also
the dean and the faculties. Periodically, the alumni also publishes its own subscription with all
the latest updates about the school and activities that the organisation arranges from time to
time.
I once again welcome you aboard our organisation, and hope that you will make the most out of
the membership. The membership entitles you to complimentary access to other prestigious
clubs in the state, and also give regular passes to various training sessions conducted by us.
