1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Report aim
The report main aim is to provide the deep understanding of the Alzheimer disease which
sometime may cause death . Through this report, researcher select four different sources related
to the topic which assist to determine whether Alzheimer actually create negative cause to a
human body or not.
1.2 Topic area
Background: Alzheimer is that disease which cause brain cells to degenerate and die.
This disease is the most common cause of dementia and as a result, it also lead to continuous
decline in thinking and social skills which further disrupt person's ability to function
independently.
Rationale: The reason of choosing this specific topic is such that Alzheimer is one of the
most leading cause of death after heart disease in 2018 i.e. in England there were more than 5 lac
deaths were registered in England and Wales during last year. Therefore, by study on this
particular topic will assist to enhance the knowledge with regards to topic and provide remedies
to cope up with this disease.
Through this study, researcher find out the main cause of Alzheimer among people and
different challenges which are face by people while they are suffering from Alzheimer.
Moreover, the result and conclusion generated from the study will also assist to determine the
causes of increases deaths due to Alzheimer disease and its affect upon the public health in UK.

Literature review is the scholarly paper which provide an overview of current knowledge
and also allow to identify the relevant theories and gaps in their existing research. Further,
through this section, researcher collect different articles, books and journals which also allow
researcher to determine the nature and determine the gap as well.

and et.al., 2019). Sometimes, this cost also leads to develop many health issue such that
depression, anxiety and hypertension that further increase the cost and as a result, it creates
negative impact upon the society and families. This, study also assist to determine the
challenges from which families and society are suffer while dealing with Alzheimer's disease.

This article, helps to determine the strategies and steps used by NHS in order to reduce
Alzheimer' disease in UK, because there are more than 85 thousand people who are suffering
from this disease (The, 2018). The result of the study shows that NHS made risk factor
management and preventive strategies so that it will help to minimize the issue of Alzheimer
among people. The trust also develop different infrastructure who provide immediate response
to the patients. This article help to determine the steps taken by NHS in order to reduce the death
of people in UK and it will also assist to provide a healthy life to people as well.

From the above four sources, it is analyzed that the articles provide different challenges
which are face by people when they are suffering from Alzheimer disease. Such that first source
provide genetic factor that lead to disease, while, second source determine the effect of
Alzheimer's disease upon family and patients. On the other hand, third source provide economic
cost needed to treat an individual, while last source describe the strategies implemented by NHS
to deal with the issue. It is clear that all the four articles main motive is to ascertain that
Alzheimer is consider the second leading cause of death and there is a need to create awareness
among people to deal with a disease and examine the impact upon society as well.
3. CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that Alzheimer disease lead to cause
dementia and also affect the individual as well their family life. The study also concluded that
Alzheimer disease cause negative impact upon patient and their family's life and it did not only
affect the physical health of an individual but also cause emotional, psychological and financial
issues as well. Further, study also concluded that NHS also provide range of treatment facilities
to the individual so that they will contribute their small portion to the welfare of public.
