One key issue that the company is facing
As per Leiby et al. (2019, p.90), Amazon is a multinational company and they are running their
business in many businesses in many countries. However competition level is very high in this
industry and therefore Amazon needs to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats for sustaining in this competitive market effectively. The SWOT analyses of this
company are as follows
Strength
 Amazon offers quality services in competitive prices and this helps them to enter in the
new market easily. Apart from this Amazon offers different products in a single place and
this helps them to attract the customers easily.
 Amazon offers high quality services and this helps them to enter in the international
market easily.

Weakness
 Low overall revenues sometime affects the business process of Amazon and because of
this Amazon fails to manage the changes in the business environment of the international
market (Cheung and Jak, 2019, p.8). Low overall revenues are one of the key issues that
the company is facing in the changing environment.
Opportunity
 Economic alliance between UK and USA can create positive impact towards the business
process of Amazon and because of this they can get many opportunities to grow in the
foreign market easily.
Threat
 Many competitors are there in the UK and they are also offering high quality services in
competitive prices. In the recent time they are targeting the company Amazon and this
can a major threat of the company.
According to Chong, (2019, p.70), after analyzing this it can be said that low overall revenues is
the major issue that the company is facing in the changing environment of UK and this can
create negative impact towards their business process as well.

Why it is important to link CSR to the strategy?
Corporate social responsibility is a term used to describe company’s effort to improve the society
in same way. Companies can implement environmental policies to improve the societies in an

effective way. As stated by Castro and Singer, (2019, p.127), corporate social responsibility is an
organization’s obligation to consider the views and opinions of their stakeholders, employees,
customers, shareholders, communities and others. This helps the company to maintain good
relations with them and also helps the company to get many useful ideas for them. In this
competitive market it is very important for the company to focus more on the corporate social
responsibilities to sustaining in this competitive market effectively and this also helps them to
gain competitive advantages over other competitors in a positive way.
As per Verbruggen et al. (2019, p.8), corporate social responsibility helps the company to run
their business ethically in this competitive market and running business ethically can definitely
help the company Amazon to attract their customers easily. In this case the company needs to
focus more on the societies and human rights and focusing more on this can definitely helps
them to improve their business process successfully in this competitive market. As sighted by
Aguinis and Glavas, (2019, p.1057), this also helps the company to maintain good relations with
the customers successfully. Corporate social responsibility is the company’s effort to improve
the society in a positive way and therefore linking this with business strategy can help the
company Amazon to enhance their business reputation, brand reputation easily (Crane et al.
2019, p.6). This also helps them to increase their sales and customer loyalty easily. Therefore it
is very important for the company Amazon to link corporate social responsibility to the strategy.

How do you think Brexit will affect your chosen organization?
Brexit is the major political issue that can affect the business process of the company Amazon.

 Changes in the labour market and currency prices can affect the business process of the
company Amazon. Cost may change time by time and this can create negative impact
towards the business process of the company Amazon (Norris and Inglehart, 2019, p.67).
 New EU law can affect future trade arrangements and legal uncertainty in the market can
create negative impact towards the business process of the company Amazon.
 The company will face many supply chain issues because of this as well and the overall
supply chain may be effected by tariffs. Therefore the business process of Amazon can
get affected because of this.
 The company will face border issues while dealing with other countries and this can also
create negative impact towards the business process of Amazon.
 Employees are also facing to work in the UK. Employees who are working in other
countries will face difficulties to work in UK. This can create negative impact towards
the business process of the company Amazon.
 Amazon is also facing difficulties to use their personal trademark in UK and this also
effects their business process as well.
 Changes in sources of funding can also effect the business process of Amazon and
Amazon needs to analyze all these factors while doing their business effectively the UK
market.

What were the main benefits and challenges of working in a team? What skill areas still need to
develop?

We were working in a team and also faced many challenges while working in a team.. Many
benefits and challenges are there of working in a team and these are as follows
Benefits
 Unity was the main strength among us while working in a team and we have done many
things all together. This helped us to achieve our goals easily.
 We have promoted diverse thinking while working in a team. Many people are working
together and this helped us to promote creative ideas easily. Promoting diverse thinking
were very and helped us to enhane our skills effectively.
 We have achieve the target in very less time and this was the main benefit while we
working in a team. As per Bastos and Mercea, (2019, p.38), many people were working
in this team and this helped me to achieve my goals easily.
Challenges
 Lack of communication was the major challenge that we were facing while working in a
team
 Different people were working on this and therefore we were facing personality conflict
issues there. This has created negative impact towards our business process.
Different areas still need to developed like
 We need to improve our communication skill to communicate effective and this can also
help us to solve communication issues within the team.
