to initiative to corporate social responsibility which refers to 10 affinity groups in the
organisation and known as employees resource group. It consider as providing chance to female
under the organisation launched business for social responsibility HER project which attracting
large numbers of women.
Energy consumption programme-: Amazon is IT company which dealing in cloud
computing so huge amount investing in wind and solar energy which helps to smoothly run their
business operations (Farhan, 2018). It includes main purpose of company using renewable
energy and investing in solar system.
Therefore, Amazon plays vital role in order to effectively and efficiently work for the
society as well as conducting various programmes under corporate social responsibility. It
includes corporate ethical practices which code of conduct is followed by company.
REFLECTION
I feel on this research report and case study about the Amazon which refers to it is one of
the famous brand and developing good brand image in the mind of customer. CEO of company
Jess Bezoz is a using great leadership and management style. He is great and iconic personality

fulfilled the corporate social responsibility which are mentioned below.
Amazon supporting local communities-: On that basis organisation supporting that
business model which are affecting COVID-19 because it is pandemic situation and most of
business unit are shut down so they supporting service partners as well as Amazon's device
donation programme which refers to donate electronic device and gift cards to schools (Walker,
2018).
Educating and empowering workers-: Organisation started Amazon career choice
programme which including providing tuition for employees in order to various education
programmes such as air plane mechanic, nursing, other skills. It includes providing Amazon's
customer service employees at work from home and encouraging workers towards the work.
