Answer 1
Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon company, is considered among one of the topmost CEOs of the
world. The varied and innovative decisions of Bezos for a long time have taken the company to a
great extent. The intuitive thinking and systematic view of Bezos have facilitated the
development of Kindle Fire, Kindle, Fire TV Stick, etc. This shows the caliber and competitive
spirit of Jeff Bezos in providing a competitive edge to other companies in the market. He
systematically plans the new product by considering the needs of the customer according to
prevailing opportunities (Amazon Company, 2020). On the other hand, it also focused on
bringing changes and innovations in existing products as well as Kindle.
Answer 2
The online business of corporate giants like Walmart and Apple is not that effective as the online
business of Amazon. It is so because the website of Amazon is more diverse with categorical and
sub categorical divisions for shopping. On the other hand unlike on Walmart and apple then there
are wide discount ranges also there on Amazon (Walmart, 2020). The portfolio of products of the
same category is also available in abundance on Amazon as compared to their parent companies
or Walmart and Apple. Among these two corporate giants, Apple also uses an online platform of
Amazon to sell its products to a wide range of customers worldwide (Apple Inc., 2020). These
factors can act as the risk to Amazon in the competitive market of various corporate giants if
they cover the gap and lead in the future. Hence Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon is on a continuous
research path to keep its company innovative and efficient enough.

Answer 3
Amazon prime is the technology and new sector established by management of Amazon
Company recently. In this technology it the customers are given with this technology to stream
online video on mobile phones and on their TVs with the help of Fire Stick (Jackson & Ahuja,
2016). The implemented technology of Amazon helps company in providing competitive edge to
others, however still there are some factors where the company might be at risk or Jeff Bezos
might take wrong decisions in future like:
There is quite expensive fee for streaming videos online on Amazon, whereas few online
websites provide their audience with free accounts to watch online videos.
The copyright system of digital world also plays an important role in entering or
surviving in this business.
There is less availability of videos on Amazon prime, as the company has only
subscribed to few of production houses.
There are some methods that can be adopted by Amazon to avoid the future risks like:
Jeff Bezos can adopt the method of good discounts to their prime customers in order to
gain their loyalty for the longer time.
Amazon can also collaborate with Netflix to provide those videos on Amazon prime as
well. This can defiantly increase the sale of Amazon prime up to wider range of
customers.
