The term corporate communication is concerned
with the communication among the top level and
other authorise representatives of the company who
are accountable for managing the companies
resources. The company considered under this
poster is Amazon which has started the operation
from the year 1994 and deals in cloud computing
and e commerce industry. This poster will explain
the corporate communication among the Amazon.
For instance, the services of Amazon which is used
like Amazon online shopping. In this, when a
customer or user orders a product then there is a
proper internal communication within the business
organisation. This when, customer selects a respective
product, then the Amazon team has a communication
regarding the availability of the product, time it will
take to reach to the doorstep of the customer, etc.
After this communication, the order of the customer is

In Amazon, the company is involved in producing
various products and services for its customers but
the most crucial one is the online application for
selling products and services. It is wider concept and
involves the mixture of different communication
methods and techniques. For introducing the better
delivery option to the customer, the Amazon will
develop corporate communication strategies. They
either inform directly to the top level level
management or behave as an advisor in managing a
company's reputation. For this, the company will
organise various meetings, presentations, email, news
letter, etc. that will make people of the company
aware about the new innovative tactic which is being
implemented and communicate with the people. It
will discuss about the design of the Amazon
application and initiate the modification in it such
that they will be able to attract customers more
effectively and efficiently.
From this poster it has been concluded that
communication plays a major role for enhancing and
development of organisation. With this, the employees
are aware of different organisational objectives and
goals and helps in establishing proper connection.
