the business model of organisation is not too complex. With the entrance of new companies
existing business of organisation may hammer due to decrease in sales and profit margin. It is
analysed that due Amazon has higher goodwill at market place so it is not easy for new firms to
compete with organisation.
Bargaining power of Suppliers: In this, power of supplier is measured in terms of
