motivate the customers to buy things from amazon, some of the
ways by which the company attracts the consumers to buy their
products are as follows
1. Using data to upsell.
The technology of amazon is the best and no one can actually compete it as it
makes use of full force to know what are the needs and the wants of the customers
and what they want to buy and by analysing that they put the product in front of
the customers at the right time.
2. A loyalty program with serious benefits.
Apart from this the company also provides some of the best benefits as well as
loyalty program, the company launched one of the best strategies to motivate the
customers to buy from them and that was the launch of amazon prime. Amazon prime
allowed the customers to get the delivery of the product within a day and amazon is
the only online site that provides the customers with this service and this was the main
reason that the customers switched from other shopping websites to amazon.
The company amazon used the above 2 strategies to motivate the employees for buying
products from them, this was also one of the best ways through which amazon could
steal away the customers from other sites but do you think that that if now the other
companies make use of the same strategy then they will able to steal the customers from
