departments such as marketing, finance, human resource etc. which helps in performing
operational activities and deliver better goods and services to their customers. In this report
Amazon is chosen which is an American multinational technology company which focused on
cloud computing, artificial intelligence, e-commerce etc. Within the context of Amazon, discuss
the roles and importance of different departments, importance of team work, financial
management, reporting, collaboration between two departments, balance sheet, profit and loss
account.

Organisation is a business corporation in which multiple people are working together in
order to attain organisational goals and objectives. Within the context of Amazon, several
departments includes HR, finance, marketing, HR, operation management and so on that makes
it easy for businesses to perform complex and various activities for achieving a common
objective.

Definition:
It is a department of Amazon that builds the transparent relation with the customers and
promotes their business and drives the sale of their product and services to the customer. It also
