Identification and selection of 3-4 distinct aspects from ‘Points to consider’ or from student’s
own research.
On the points of ethics, there are different person who holds different types of perspective
and all of them are connected with organisation. It is said that if an organisation needs to perform
effectively then they should be able to work according to the ethical values which will certainly
improve the result of a company. The perspective of different stakeholders have been mentioned
below:
1.The CEO’s perspective.
In any of the entity CEO is the one who plays necessary role in accomplishing the goals
of a company. All of the decision are required to be taken by CEO so that work can be done
effectively. The CEO of Amazon has different perspective for attaining the goals of a company
where he thinks that profit making is more important then any of the other aspects such as ethical
values and many more (Ciulla, 2020). Some of the area where presumption of Jeff Bezos has
been discussed in detail.
Tax avoidance: The area where organisation like Amazon is lacking is tax avoidance. It
is said that organisation is unable to work according to the requirement. In this particular
area, the CEO has mentioned that they are working according to the guidelines of a
company. But, this wording from CEO has increased their problem because they have
increased their number of enemies as a nation because tax avoidance reduces the
collection of tax for any of the particular country.
Organisation culture/worker’s condition: As per the perspective of CEO, the working
environment which has been provided them to perform any of the specific task is very
much crucial for organisation in attaining their goals. CEO thinks that best possible
facilities are being given to them and even employees should also think that how they can
work effectively so that goals can be accomplished.
Health and Safety: According to the present scenario of Amazon, CEO thinks that
proper health equipments are being provided to employees and even all of the security
measures are being considered by the company (Ferrell and et. al., 2019). The suitable
working environment is the key reason of success for Amazon in current scenario.

2.The perspective of the employees.
Employees are the one who plays the key role within the organisation because they are
the one who helps in attaining the goals of a company in specific time period. The contribution
of employees in Amazon is huge because they are the one who gives additional time period for
company through which goals and target can be accomplished. But, in UK employees has to face
number of problem because there are number of restriction which has been imposed upon
employees as they are forced to meet out the targets of a company. Even sometimes employees
are needed to give extra time for company but still they are not being paid for additional time
which they provides to the company (Ciulla, 2020). Even, employees thinks that proper working
environment is not being provided to them which is very much important in current scenario.
Overall, any of the legal requirements are not being considered by the organisation.
3.The perspective of the consumers
The ethical consideration for any of the employee is very much important because it is
the key source through which any of the organisation can perform effectively for attaining the
goals of an organisation. Consumers tries to connect with those organisation which tries to work
in ethical manner. Looking at the scenario of Amazon, they are one of those organisation which
has been not performing their duty in ethical manner which is creating huge problem current
scenario. Here, organisation have developed the concept that if they sale their product in any
country then those product can be sold in other nation as well. For example: Amazon sells
leather products in Russia as it is legalised but at the same time it is found that any of the
organisation is not able to sell any of the leather product in UK. This means that company do not
gives importance any of the ethical value of the customers and nation. Even there are number of
other products as well which must not be sold as those might affect the ethical value of local
people but still it is seen that company always assumes that if any of the nation allows to sell the
product then it can be sold in other nation as well (Crane and et. al., 2019).
It is said that this types of decision certainly affect the customers because although will
get the opportunity enhance their sales but in any of the situation they will not be able to sustain
their employees for longer time period. In order to perform effectively, it is necessary for the
organisation Amazon and its management to consider ethical values before making any of the
business decision as it is the only way through any of the entity can makes themselves able to
maintain their employees for longer time period.

4. The politicians
It is needs to understand that political factor has always been the key factor for any of the
organisation which tells that how any of the entity needs to work so that goals and target can be
accomplished. In context of Amazon, the products which are being sold by the company is
ethically questionable because it is said that company is not following the proper guidelines
which they must have to follow. The ethical values which are not being considered by company
has the reason of political factor as well. There are basically two types of politician factor such as
internal and external. In terms of internal politics, the senior member of the organisation take
some of those decision which are not favourable for other members (Duska and et. al., 2018)
(Moriarty, 2019). They do not consider any of the aspect of other person which has been engaged
with the organisation. At the same time, external factor relates with plans and policies which has
been formed by the government. But, still organisation do not follows number of laws and
regulations which are helpful for the business entity. All of the working style which has been
adopted by the company are based on their own rules and regulation which do not consider any
of the ethical values.

current scenario but still there are number of number of entity which do not consider it as a main
source of earning. It is the responsibility of every company to meet out the requirements of law
because it is the only key way through which any of the entity can improve their overall
goodwill. Amazon is able to earn profit as per their willingness but still they have been
struggling in the field of following ethics which is very much important in current scenario.
There are different stakeholders who have been affected just because of the decisions which are
being taken by entity for personal benefits. In the shake of benefit company like amazon even do
not focuses about their employees who plays the most significant role in attaining the goals of a
company in given time period.

RECOMMENDATION
The report which has been developed above is based on Amazon where there has been
found that company has been struggling to work according to the guidelines of their performing
any of the task so that goals can be accomplished (Arnold and et. al., 2019). As company has

been not performing ethically which means that there will be some of the adverse effect on
organisation because chances of attaining the goal in this respective condition will decreased
automatically. Taking suitable decision will improve their overall performance and for that some
of the important points must be considered by organisation. Even there are different stakeholders
who will be benefited if organisation will be able to work according to the ethical principles
because it will certainly allow them to improve their overall goodwill in the market through
which more number of customers can be connected with company. Some of the appropriate
recommendation for company like Amazon has been mentioned below:
In any of the organisation, employees are the one who allows the company to perform
better so looking at their particular situation, it is necessary for the organisation like
Amazon to provide proper working environment. Amount of overtime must be given to
them which will certainly allow the employee to give their best for the company (Sroka
