E marketing plays vital role in organization for marketing of product and services in an effective
manner through use of internet. It not only includes internet but also includes wireless media like
social media and wireless media (Frost and Strauss, 2016). So it helps in increase customers and
they connect with them in huge quantity. Amazon fresh is a British supermarket that provide
85000 products of meal kind products. This report will be cover marketing collaboration and
social media. It also will be covered marketing theories.

Marketing collaboration with social media.
Marketing collaboration is an important things and amazon fresh use different social
media for set collaboration through listen to customers and understand their choice that helps in
increase business and attract more customers. Following collaboration are present in amazon
fresh that is increase through social media.
Communication collaboration :- communication is very important collaboration for
amazon and it increases through Facebook, Skype and Instagram. This organization uses these
social media for marketing. Mostly peoples and clients use social media and different
technologies. Organization does advertisement by different media. So communication is very
easily and smoothly done between customers and organization. Through wireless media and
social media it communicates to peoples for understand their choice and wants and provide
goods and services according to them (Le Meunier-FitzHugh and Le Meunier-FitzHugh, 2017).
Aim :- this collaboration aim is attracted to peoples for subscribe and connect with
amazon fresh. Customers always attract from quick services and effective advertisement. So if
they see advertisements that it effects on customers and they get ideas about products. Above
collaboration is very best way to attract to customers at global level and amazon give priority to
this collaboration. It takes feedback and ideas time to time from their users for collect
information and collect ideas about their choice and wants. So it put more focus on
communication collaboration for increase marketing and establish long term relationship.
Establishing brand position :- brand position is very important for organization and
amazon put more focus on establish brand position through social media like Facebook,
Instagram and Skype. Amazon brand is very popular at global level and people has more trust on
brand of organization. It set their brand position through advertisement and follow different

for position of brand in market so they understand marketing condition like trend, competition.
Social media and internet give major contribution in establish position of brand for increase sales
and profitability (Rao, and Rao, Sunil K Rao 2018).
Aim :- amazon has aim increase customers and make image through social media and
above collaboration for increase sales and profitability and productivity. Its main aim is achieved
target and establish believe among customers. It also provides online services and home delivery
and booking online for provide effective services and goods to customers and make long term
relationship with customers. Social media and internet helpful for customers and organization. It
also helps in evaluate and analyse competitors activities that is use for increase customers.

Marketing theories.
Amazon fresh use social media for attract customer and make image of their brand for
increase sales and profit of organization. It has also much strength and weakness so it evaluates
through SWOT analysis to it internal environment. SWOT analysis is marketing theories that is
use by organization for evaluate factors that affect to performance of amazon fresh (Bull, 2016).
Strength :-
Monopoly :- it is a retail organization that provide many types of products. Social media
and internet helps to success in monopoly because through these it provides fast shipping and
provide offers to customers for prime membership and offers like discount. So for this it does
advertisement on social media because peoples mostly use technologies that they search about
products. Peoples want to products and services on low cost with quality. Amazon also has
monopoly like low cost shipping, strong brand power and discounts. So these things helps in
increase sales and profit and also attract to customers.
All above strategy only possible through social media and customers order from online at
global level and from different countries. They also save their money and time of travelling and
get quick services like home delivery etc.
weakness:-
Shipping costs :- amazon has shipping is very fast and amazing that effected to it profit
because it provides goods and services very quickly at lower price. So it increases their sales and
customers order for more and more products but it shipping cost reduce their profit. Social media

make easy to shopping process but it effects on it profit. Amazon opened 23 warehouses in
different countries and it consumes more costs for managing them. In festival time it also
provides more offers and discounts through advertisement with social media platformate. It
increases their sales and customers base but profit is affected through them (Blockeel, 2016).
Opportunity :-
Expand grocery market :- amazon has opportunity for expand their grocery market
because in modern time online trend of shopping is increasing day by day. Mostly peoples order
groceries from online through media, internet and wireless media. So it easily earns more money
from provide fresh grocery items. So social media helps in expand their business at global level.
Threats :-
Increasing competitors :- amazon has threat of competitors that increase day by day in
market with same products and services and walmart is an only competitor that effect to amazon.
Social media like Facebook, Instagram are share all data and ideas and strategy of amazon with
others that all things are adopted by other organization. Walmart provide products on cheap rate
with low quality and advertise from social media that attract to customers and amazon market
fall (Felix, Rauschnabel and Hinsch, 2017).
Conclusion
From above study it has been summarized that social media play vital role in increase
sales and establish long term relationship with customers. It makes very easy to advertisement
for organizations and smoothly order of products and services for customers. In addition,
covered that it monopoly is very attractive because amazon provide fast shipping to customers.
So it helps in evaluate internal factors that effect on performance.
