This study will discuss the role of management and leadership to improve the quality
and management in the workplace. The report will present various models and theories
of leadership as well as the cost of quality. The reports will help in understanding the
management and operations of the Amazon organization in terms of its strength and
weakness of the managers in order to meet the capacity management and changes.
This report will also provide a recommendation to the organization in order to improve

partnership. The organization is also providing other services like cloud computing
services by the name AWS. The subsidiary functions of amazon.com are an
