Amazon has pioneered a number of features in the ecommerce industry. Since the
establishment of the company the focus of Jeff Bezos, the CEO is on providing the customers
with the best possible solution to the customers. This customer-centric approach of the company
has led the visionary leader to invest in research and development. And there are a number of
innovative service features added to the company since inception.
Keeping up with this innovation tradition the CEO of Amazon has declared the launch of
Amazon Prime Air services. Amazon prime as we all know has gained popularity among the
customers of Amazon it is like a loyalty programme and this announcement is an extension to the
features of the service.
Some of the exciting aspects of the service are:

The use of advanced drone technology as a delivery tool
With the help of this facility the company is trying to bridge the gap in between physical
retail experience and online retail by getting the product in hand within the time period of 30
minutes. This facility would provide the customers with the window of placing an order for an
item which is available in Amazon and get it delivered on an urgent basis. The prime services of
the company have a number of features like discounts and 1-2days delivery. Jeff Bezos is a
visionary leader who thinks of the strategies on a long term basis. This strategy is to help the
customers to get their products urgently delivered within no time and save them the time spent
on going and buying the product from physical retailer.

The unmanned air vehicles or drones are the major focus of discussion among the

moves ahead with the hybrid features of an aeroplane. The company has also announced that

and then the drone is by itself. It should find the location and deliver the product to the customer.
