In this survey report must be collected directly by interaction to understand real life
references with respect to the impact of training and development of potential employees to
increase employee performance and organisational productivity.

The time horizon for this survey report is for 5 months. In the first month the researcher
analyses the importance of surveying on training and development of staff for improving high
performance and productivity. In the second month, the researcher analyses the consequences
and plans for surveying on it. In the third month, the researcher surveys for collecting
