INTRODUCTION
Employee relation plan refers to an institution attempt to manage relationship between
employer and worker. It describes that no individual can work alone and so employees must be

Maintaining the stronger employee relationship can be the ultimate success of an
organisation. Human beings are not machines that can start working with push button. They need
