kind of strategies or recommendations as well. According to the challenges faced by the Amazon
company where the company has become massive in part through evading their tax obligations
and this is the failure which is rewarded by the government of U.S. With enormous public
buying contracts. There is also one challenge where Amazon has paid their employees beyond
the U.S. Poverty level due to which they have gone on strike in Italy, Germany, Spain and
Poland over pay and conditions(Al-Baghdadi and et.al., 2021). During the time period of
pandemic situation, Amazon company has not shuttered the warehouses of U.S. where one
employee has tested positive despite they have announced for hiring of additional number of
employees in the United States and Europe. It has been observed in the year of 2018, Amazon
has released the 44 million metric tonnes of CO2 which is more than United Parcel Service and
FedEx's emissions. So the company lags behind in terms of other significant technology
businesses in its refusal to divulge its emissions of carbon.
