best use of present talents within the organisation and retaining them for the longest period with
the firm. The singular agenda of talent management is to keep their company competitive with

and the Talent management concept in its context. The research report will cover number of
areas, beginning with the aims and objectives are discussed and continued with the project
management plan. The research report also, made analysis and discussion over the research
methodologies and techniques used in the assignment for drawing and extracting valid
conclusions.
