INTRDUCTION
Diary report is basically a diary and here day to day task and routine work are mentioned
by individual person (Beber, Langer and Meyer, 2021). In other words we can say that it is only
diary which is maintained by the individual in the form of records. The chosen company is
Amazon which is established in 1994. This report will be covered role and responsibilities in first
day, second day and third day. It also covers challenges which is faced by me during the time of
doing job.
TASK
Roles and responsibilities in first day
In first day I attend the induction programme from senior officer in conference room.
In this programme I received overall knowledge of the company. In this induction I also
know the names of all categories of employees. After completing speech from higher authority
management organized various activities in the form of game which incudes quiz etc. Due to
organizing various games all new and existing employees are highly motivated including me
which is essential for increasing the performance level during the time of job.
The main challenges which I faced during the time of induction programme in first day
are -
Equipments are not worked effectively and due to this reason me and other employees
are not able to listen the voice of seniors properly. Due to unclear voice induction
programme are not worked effectively which leads decrease my and others motivation
level. Due to ineffective induction activities are also not properly organized.
Small introduction – It means due to facilitating small information of each part by the
senior officers functions or roles of the company are not clear for me. Due to unclear
concept and information as an employee I am not able deliver quality service and
products to customers in time.

In second day effective training session are started for me form the senior officer.
In this training I understand that in which way work are conducted or done by all
departments of employees. Here I received both practical and theory based training from the

effectively utilized and rules and regulations of the company.
The challenges which I faced during the time of my professional career in second day are -
Firstly I faced communication or coordination problem because all employees have
different styles for fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. Due to different styles of the
employees I am not able do my job systematically. Due to poor communication I did not
received reliable and accurate data from my seniors or top level management which leads
to decrease my productivity at higher rate. Due to poor communication I am not able to
analyse the problems of customers and lower level workers effectively.
In training time schedule are highly hectic or rigid which creates negative impact in my
mind at higher rate. Because due to rigid time schedule I faced difficulty to face the
problems to to handle multiple works in same time and in smooth manner. Due to facing
this challenge my career and professional growth are increased in very slow manner.
Roles and responsibilities in third day
In third day training are finished and I started to doing my roles and responsibilities in my job
in both practically and theoretical concept.
Due to conducting my roles and responsibilities I learned lessons in both practical and
theoretical way. In practical way I used various equipments for doing the work smartly and with
less time. For example in finance department I used different types of computers and other
systems for maintaining the day to day expenditure and also for preparing the attendance sheet of
employees in systematic manner. In aspect of theoretical concept I used primary and secondary
data for finishing my task in time. In this way I done my overall responsibilities and role in
effective manner for long time.

I faced lot of stress and workload in my job. Because during the time of my
professional career I received challenging or complicated task from top level
management. Due to conducting complicated work I faced lot of difficulties to finish the
targets in time. It means due to facing high stress by me and other employees work are
not done in systematic and effective manner. I also understand that in which way good
relationships are maintained with customers for long time.
