Introduction
To control different functions of the business every company needs to adopt effective account
software that helps to manage everything in a systematic manner. This report is based on Amcor
limited largest packaging company for healthcare, beverage, food, and industrial markets, in
Australia. There are huge operations is performed by employees for which they required
effective account system. In this report, the current organizational structure of Amcor has been
analyzed. There are so many problem is faced by Amcor because of organisational structure that
has been discussed in this report. In the second part of the report the current market size of the
company will be examined and develop recommendation to overcome problem that is faced by

to achieve set goals and objectives of the company. Management as well as employees of the

related to business activities. Management of the accompany take regular feedback from
employees for examining their views and thoughts regarding set goals and objectives. There are
so many operational issues analyzed by the company because of organizational structure which
is discussed as below:
Ineffective communication: It is a major responsibility of the manager to communicate
important information and decision of higher authority to employees so that they can perform
their work accordingly. In Amcor, employees face various problems in operations due to lack of
communication among higher authority and employees (Boddy, et. al., 2018). This makes a
negative impact on the performance as well as the profitability of the company.
Lack of flexibility: Amcor is largest packaging company which give high attention on the
quality of to satisfy customers. There is very complex structure is followed by the organization
due to which low level and mid-level management cannot take individual decision related to

Amcor. There is various software that is used by the company are as below:
Commercial software: Company uses this software for commercial purpose to achieve set goals
and objectives. With the help of Commercial software company perform can perform its
functions and operations in right way. The company makes a contract for using this software
with the company that holds the patent right over the commercial software.
Custom software: With the help of this software company can modify several applications
according to the needs and preferences of the customers. Amcor Company can operate its
functions like human resource management, customer management, inventory management and
