INTRODUCTION
Stewardship refers to the practice of responsible planning as well as management of
operations and resources of a business entity done by a third party who is not internally a part of
the organisation (Moskell and Allred, 2013). The logics and ideologies of stewardship are easily
applicable to nature, business environment, health, information, property, theology etc. The
present assignment is based upon Amerasian which is a multinational organisation engaging in
providing services in the development of infrastructure projects, project financing,
manufacturing, construction, property development, international trading etc. It was established
in the year 1995 and is based on Fort-Worth, Taxes, USA. The present report includes the
aspects of Stewardship model in addition to their advantages and disadvantages.
Stewardship model given by Block (1993)
According to Peter Block, Stewardship is defined as the principles and techniques which
enables an individual to govern oneself together by taking responsibility and ownership. It is the
concept which mainly concentrates on providing control to the customers who gets affected by
any business organisations. However, many academicians make believe to adopt chaotic
approach which focuses on motivating employees to get engage in daily business operations so
that they can sustain in company for longer period of time.
Amerasian is a global service provider who provides services in the development of
