their rights violated (Vihalemm, Keller, & Kiisel, 2016).
 Believes in making a better world for people by giving them the rights
they deserve (Scharf, 2017) .
 Projects include protection of human rights, human dignity, human

My Professional Contribution
 Knowledge on how to reach out to people as a
nurse, would make it easier for the organization
to effectively expand the number of people
served by the organization.
 Researching skills would be helpful in
identifying the key issues in the society which
need to be addressed.
 Caring skills as a nurse would help in identifying
the key issues which individuals go through.
 Ability to empathise as a nurse would ensure
the proper identification of the strategies which
need to be adopted to abolish the prevailing
human rights issues in the society.
 Knowledge on human rights would ensure that
exact areas of human rights violation are
conveyed to the organization, for the effective
strategizing of campaigns.
