principles are listed in below -
1. lay concrete artefact for governance and supervision - A listed system must clearly
delineate the respective duties of its seniors ones along with that they also analyse the
persons activities bby lloking out its day to day activity.
2. System the board to be impressive and add values - The seniors of top rated company
must be an accurate volume as well as they have the ability, commitments and education
of the company.
3. Adapating culture - A resgistered business must follow a constantly chnaging trends
across the company of acting lawfully and responsibly.
4. Secured reporting - AMP must have accurate procedure of dertermining the initigrity
of its concern reports.
5. Making decisions - AMP should make timely and balanced decisions of all the issues
concerting it that an appropriate pricing for its seurity.
