In extent of AMP company its key governance arrangement and practices for the
accounting year endings. Moreover , they adapts a practices of fourth edition of Auatralian

its cultural transformation and efforts a respetful and inclusive organisation via initiatives

principles are listed in below -
1. lay concrete artefact for governance and supervision - A listed system must clearly
delineate the respective duties of its seniors ones along with that they also analyse the
persons activities bby lloking out its day to day activity.
2. System the board to be impressive and add values - The seniors of top rated company
must be an accurate volume as well as they have the ability, commitments and education
of the company.
3. Adapating culture - A resgistered business must follow a constantly chnaging trends
across the company of acting lawfully and responsibly.
4. Secured reporting - AMP must have accurate procedure of dertermining the initigrity
of its concern reports.
5. Making decisions - AMP should make timely and balanced decisions of all the issues
concerting it that an appropriate pricing for its seurity.

management is responsible for the governance of their companies. It positive capbilities are its
culture and operations that is being done by them in order to attain a goals by providing a good
services to the clients. Its negative aspect as It working in vast areas and deals in varied
products so it is typical to focus on all sections.
Recommendation in order to improve the strength of the company -
In order to improve the company performance AMP must move forwrads towards the
digitalisation to connect with the customers and clinets in order to make them a loyal customer
of business as they must focus in incresing wealth system of an orgsnisation. This directly hit
