Lifecycle development is a process that is used to plan, test, create and deploy suitable

is also being encouraged with the social collaboration and connection in which children’s
development is shaping in appropriate manner. The report below is based on the case study of
Amy, and of 13 year old but doesn’t happy with the ongoing condition as his father married a
lady that she doesn’t life. Thus it is difficult for her to manage her daily work along with that she
get addicted towards drugs and have a relationship with her older boyfriend. The report outline
suitable social work issue different stages of lifecycle is considered, needs at various points is
analyse along with consist theories of lifecycle development.

in systematic manner. The existence of different aspects is dependent over following of certain
basis as changes on daily format bring new challenges and opportunity to make sustained
development of degrade within working and daily learning prospects (Zhang and et. al., 2019).
The development is dependent over taking initiation to phase anything than after to take certain
action about to make profitable change within learning. It is an aspect under which working
tendency and its proficiency both get affected on direct manner as it consist of emotional
wellbeing in which individual have learn from their emotional connect with others. In addition,
the lifecycle is relatable to make projected outcome through which possibility to perceived
higher attentiveness and to take a balance back is in life so that standards actions are taken in
possible manner.

The Amy’s lifecycle is dependent over different aspects in which probability to gain
balanced range of outcome as by going through different conditions is developed in relative
mode. The lifecycle development is based on different stages and that is as explained below as:
Social: It is an initial stage where an individual could have learn about to manage its living
standards in social basis. In this individual make an adequate preparedness is measures and it is
as per the initiative of pioneers and society assimilation. It is a stage that make essential role in a
process of development as it is related to autonomy versus shame, trust versus basic, guilt versus
initiative, diffusion versus identity, love versus intimacy (Chen and et. al., 2020). In this Amy
had a good relation with her sister and her mother but after the death of her mother that space get
empty. Thus after this Amy and father Dave having difficult relationship and that is more often
turns into argument as well. In this her upbringing is processed within a surround in which she
doesn’t live her life freely and with that much ease as it is challenging for her to find piece.
Emotional: It is a stage in which individual get worked to learn about emotional attachment
and its wellbeing so that prominent changes in terms of connection is perceive. In this
personality developed is in terms of predetermined way in which personal experience and its
attentiveness get addressed. For this psychosocial experience and its processing both get affected
thus individual make effectual understanding about relations that is required to be to maintain
balance in life as by omitting the unnecessary relations. The emotional development make an
individual stronger as with this ability to understand the required aspect and interaction both used
to maintain sustained relations with others. For this Amy has a bond with her sister but with
father she had an unbound relations thus she could never able to make a perfect father daughter
relations with her father.
Cognitive: It is another stage that upholds with different level such as sensorimotor,
concrete operational, preoperational, and formal operational. It is a part to make and process
intellectual development that is in form of infancy as it comprise of thought, development and
knowledge basis as well (Jackson and et. al., 2019). It is perceived that learning is processed in
regular and continuous mode it doesn’t comprise of any skipped stage for this ability and
understanding of complex situation and world both underpinned collectively. In this capability of
thinking and grown up both developed in sustained manner so that continuous range of
development is addressed by compensation advanced interactions in which working environment
and possibility to survive both encompassed in beneficial manner. For this Amy has developed a

relations with her boyfriend but in this she forgot to make adequate discrimination in between
different consequences. Her father also suspect that Amy having intimidate relations with older
friend and also start taking drugs. Thus in this condition Amy chosen other options to kept her
mind free from family basis but for this she is not able to understand about what is right for her
and what is wrong.
Physical development: It is a final stage that comes with certain range of maturity that also
brings a broad conceptualisation of early childhood, middle childhood and adolescence (Schützer
and et. al., 2019). These set are more organised and balanced in which one aspect is considered
after the end of others so that malleable boundaries get developed. It is a also be a vital part in
terms of growth in which children learning get master control towards sitting, standing, crawling,
walking, presenting itself in front of others, being responsiveness and many other basis as well.
In concern of Amy, she has grown up without her mom as she died when she is 13 and father
further got married to a lady who is not likeable by his daughter. Thus this all bring negative
upbringing of Amy with this it is quite hard for her to survive in such tougher condition and to
make balance she has chosen a life that is quite more balanced.
The nature is a perfect resemblance of thinking such as pre writing and concept that is used
to influence through different factors that also comprise of genetic inheritance. In addition
nurture is generally used to influence different factors that has external impact such as
conception in this product exposure, learning and life experience of an individual get affected on
direct manner. The nature versus nurture basically affects the mental and physical health in
which both biological and genetic predispositions has direct impact over human traits, learning
and development at different environment (Zheng and et. al., 2019). For instance, the child a
professional athlete is also becomes professional athlete and it is nature. The ability to pass
genetic birth and learning behaviour is induced countless repetitions of daily practice and
repetition of abundance of work is defined nurture. In concern of Amy, she has do the same that
she has learnt from her father as he got married to other lady as after death of her mother. Thus
she also connects with an older friend and a develop a strong relation in order to maintain certain
piece in life. It is defined as a nature that Amy has adopt from her father and get connect to a
person just to get herself away from the mind baggage that is developed due to cause of her
father.

Need is basically defined as something that is necessary for an individual to get survive
and make a health living standards (Hoshieah and et. al., 2019). It is also be quite difficult with
prospect of wants as that reflects the desire to required safe, healthy and stable living such as
food, water, cloth, shelter, land etc. It is a basis that is used to make supportive changes for
concern of basic need and its fulfilment so that proficient changes get implement in ordinate
mode.
Maslow’s theory of need: It is a theory that is related to the set of motivation which is
dependent over different categories as per related to human needs and indications of its
behaviour. It is used to address various ranges of needs in this basic intangible and tangible
needs get fulfilled under which adequate range of benefits is fulfilled with adequateness. It is as
furthermore explained below as:
Physiological needs: It is a need that is driven to fulfil basic need and only get used to make
effectual human survival that is also be constrained of food, water, clothing, shelter, sufficient
rest, reproduction and health. It also get addressed about the level of fulfilment so that Amy
make sustained balance in between the working tendency and with this worked on to fulfil its
basic need.
Safety needs: It is a next level of need that is in-driven of lower level as it comprise of
protection from theft and violation, well being, emotional stability, financial security and health
wellbeing. In this perfect balance is maintained about to make productive change in living
standards so that future also get saved perpetually (Schmid and Huber, 2019). In this Amy has a
safer side as his father take care of both his daughter as in terms of monetary values and a
systematic living.
Love and belonging needs: It is beyond the social needs in which human interactions with
others is used to make sustained relations with this family and friendship both get encompassed
with terms of effectual bonds. It is in between both biological families such as parent, children
and siblings and as with other chosen family as well such as with partners and spouse. The
physical intimacy is ranging with the close relationship that Amy get from his older friend and
with this elevated kinship is achieved that plays one of the most essential feeling.

It is also being in response of self assessment so that self reflections and it latter own so that
adequate range of facility is credited in selected mode. In this Amy make selective form of
benefits in terms of relationship so that she has made selective range of relations to make her
standardised so that moderate range of facilities is pertain in collective mode.
Self-actualization needs: It is a basis that determines the potential and fulfilment which is
used to occupy highest spot in terms of daily living standards. It is also be dependent of skill
development so that profitable changes is processed so that retaining of talent and broader goals
is processed successfully. In this certain believe is developed so that it is easy for an individual to
live with sustainability through which prominent range stability is enhanced that reduced the
deficiency of working.
Amy, is having a need of love and belongingness for that she made intimate relations
with her older friend and also start taking drugs with this possibly she is trying to develop
balance relations with others. There are different consequences that pushed her towards gaining
of love and it is related to demise of her mother at very younger stage, her father also start
making relations with other lady that is not favourably liked by Amy (Lee and Singh, 2021).
Thus she even more start arguing with her father and with all a sight of love is reduced and Amy
starts finding a piece of mental support for this certain balance is induced in daily living
standards.
The Amy needs its interrelated to future as with her father she doesn’t felt any connection
and mental piece is always be required with this once Amy start being calm and compose very
soon she also looked forward to process her career in future development.
Task 3
Apply theories of lifecycle development.
Amy is an independent girl who is just 13 and out of care since 10 as her mother is died
when she is 9. Thus after this she had lived with her younger sister Maisie who is aged of 11 and
with her father and she has a very often relation with her father in which they both argue and

never able to understand each other’s prospect. Amy is quite aggressive and has anger as well
and her father is not able to handle it but he also loved her a lot. Moreover, Dave her father
believe that Amy never respect his authority and also mislead his younger daughter thus wants
Amy to be taken into care (Garzaniti, Fortin and Golkar, 2019). In all, Dave also has a relation
with Laura as girls refuse to accept her but still need to be with her so that refuse to eat and
spend most of their time in their rooms only. The dynamics of family is required to be focused
about on Amy so that it is easy for her father and her family to make receptive decisions so that it
assists to inform the professionals. The lifecycle development hereby cause to analyse the
behaviour of Amy and its repulsions so that behavioural change and its respects get easily
determine for this Bowlby theory is used that is as explained below as:
Bowlby Theory: It is proposed by John Bowlby who is psychologist and psychoanalyst and
has a believe that early childhood and its attachment always plays the major and critical role in
mental and latter development so that overall functioning of a person and its response towards
different activities get developed in regular manner. The work and its attribute always contribute
towards development of attachment as a child is born with a biological process and have a
programmed in a way and a tendency to remain close enough with their attachment figures. As it
develop certain comfort and nurturance that aid a child’s survival with an ease and sticking
towards caregivers assure to meet basic need and requirement of child with better acceptance and
in adverse protect a child from danger environment. It is also be known as a basis of acceptance
theory with this possibility of a child to get with lifecycle development is processed
systematically.
The children get led to develop and process a stronger interest towards the basis of its
development and growth and it is particularly interested towards maintenance of separation from
caregivers with this a lot of ideas, thoughts generation and functioning of body is processed with
certain responsiveness (Aydin and Badurdeen, 2019). The development is based on favoured
stages with this child and caregivers that are varied with 0-3 months after those 3-6 months
moreover with 6 months to 3 years, and 3 years from side to side at end of childhood.
Thus Amy and its basis development is processed during the care that is given by her
mother but as her mother passed away it is worst for her and make her more deceptive that is not
easily accepted by her father. In this it is required that Dave must have assure to maintain a
flexible relations with her daughter in which it is easy for them to get connect with feasible

manner so that long term chain is maintained that makes easy for both to get shared their view
and feeling with each others in a comfortable stage.
Conclusion and recommendation
It has been concluded from the above that lifecycle development is completely depends on
the upbringing, culture, attribute and behaviour of others that usually reflects in a child as per its
growth and development. Thus it is necessary that a better lifecycle and its respective stages get
provided by the parents so that child get learn some of activities and basis from their families,
friends, relative and neighbour and few of the things get learnt from own experience that
collectively makes a person more perfect and also build certain ability to get over from any
tougher situation. In addition, there are different aspects of lifecycle and with this an individual
get learnt about the influence and impact of cultural and ethnicity for this Maslow and Bowlby
theory is used that provide a better understanding about need and future development.
Amy is an older among two of daughter of Dave and they both had a bad relation in which they
have argued on daily basis. Moreover, Amy also doesn’t like to be with Dave and her wife Laura
thus Amy start bunking schools and stay late coming home drunk. She also had starting missing
home and with the time passes Dave believe that Amy is in relationship with elder boy and also
starts taking drugs that all make their relation even more complex in this there is few
recommendation so that lifecycle development is controlled perpetually. For this Dave believes
as a father must have look after towards their daughter first and also assure to keep
understanding their emotions. If it is not possible that it is good that daughter must send to the
care centre or hostel where they have gain education and other personal learning in a better way.
In addition as Amy is in adolescence stage in which children’s must get impulsive decisions as
they are not able to make adequate control towards conditions so that possibility of provide
education and better learning surround is a responsibility of her father. Thus Dave must assure
that their daughter must get a better platform to learn and accept changes so that their personal
life become more confident and for that Dave must considered to keep looking forward to accept
the change that is required by his daughters.
