Demonstrating Professional Principle and Value in HSC
INTRODUCTION
Healthcare professionals have certain basic principles and values in the healthcare sector, when
supplying customers with appropriate healthcare services. Reflective practice can be used in order tp
examine skills and knowledge of oneself. This practice can be used to provide better care services to
patients. It is a way of learning through our own experience. This is the reason that professionals
make use of the reflective practice so that they can enhance their quality of care. the case of the
provision of appropriate treatment, health care professionals need to maintain proper laws and
regulations. Implementation of correct strategies and regulations will help healthcare professionals
develop their treatment practises. Therefore, it can help to address the specific needs of clients or
families, health personnel must manage habits and beliefs in the case of patient treatment, in this
case the research focused on offering a concise understanding of the laws and regulations of the
clinicians that will be addressed in this report (Perrin, 2016).

I have analysed that In healthcare organisations, medical professionals or service providers must
follow the law and regulations. Furthermore, it has been stated that the NHS has established the
appropriate guidelines to be followed by all healthcare organisations, the ACT 2012 defines the
specific legal obligations of healthcare practitioners to address health concerns. Healthcare
professionals must uphold the 2010 Equality Act in the context of all patients receiving fair
treatment from healthcare. The Act provides fundamental rights for all adults to receive adequate
attention from a healthcare provider and must take into account the Child Care Protection Act 2003
in providing adequate services to children. Healthcare professionals should protect children from
violence and disability and service providers must carry out occupational risk management practises
Professionals also maintain adequate regulation while delivering adequate healthcare practises as
part of the COSHH regulation, the medicine must be labelled and kept in a secure environment. The
Regulation also states that service providers are primarily responsible for the proper handling of
chemicals (Hse , gov.2019)
Ethical practise needs to be handled in the workplace, this is important since people from different
cultures come into service in healthcare organisations and it is necessary for the organisation to
create an environment free of discrimination
I have also evaluated that in order to understand the specific needs of patients, it is important to
give respect and dignity to patients who help maintain a strong interaction between patients;
diversity needs to be promoted in the workforce. This in turn will help service users to support care
providers and could achieve the desired results as a result of the future efforts
Another way of creating an anti-discrimination atmosphere is by holding fanfares and cultural events
in tandem with various festivals within the agency (Paharoo, 2014), which aim to provide patients
with quality services regardless of their age and beliefs.
Respecting all the steps relating the law provided will help the practitioner to focus more easy on
their dignity as part of work, all the regulation applied in care setting is defined as being safety for
service user and this show how to trust in this system. Of course, needs to be respected
confidentiality the Data sharing and kept up to date their activities (DeSanctis, 2017).
Theme 2: Professional values, attitudes and behaviour in health and social care
In the case of effective healthcare services, medical professionals need to maintain proper principles
and approach; medical practitioners need to preserve coordination in the workforce that can help
understand each patient's specific needs, I have evaluated that In this way, service providers will
maintain proper communication with other stakeholders, and it is important to give respect and
dignity to patients and help to maintain a healthy patient experience (Gopee and Galloway, 2017)
and encourage diversity in the workplace in order to understand patient-specific needs.
With the help of diversity management, medical practitioners can enable patients to choose services
and, on the other hand, professionals need to improve the quality of healthcare practises that help
to determine service users ' empowerment. To order to improve the workforce, health professionals
must find certain appropriate strategies

Furthermore, the Care Quality Commission stated that clinical practitioners need to adopt six core
values that can ensure that the core values of quality care practise (Filipe, 2017) reflect
commitments, communication, care, compassion, courage and competency. Through upholding
these core values, the health care provider can consider and determine the needs of health
problems
Diversity and collaboration may be recommended to healthcare professionals in the case of
supporting high-level equity treatment activities. Approach and actions as a health care professional
must be managed in an effective manner, they must have a positive attitude to the roles and
responsibilities. It may be mentioned that Healthcare staff members need to understand their future
patient roles and responsibilities. Engagement level may play a significant role in improving the
quality of care facilities (Jones, Gouge and Crilley, 2017). A health nurse must be on schedule in his
or her assignments. Those that can help patients get adequate treatment at the right time, can help
healthcare professionals deliver better devices to patients along with this commitment and
dedication are two important factors that need to be healthcare professionals.
Proper coping approaches are expected to be followed by healthcare professionals when dealing
with patients. In the event of patient interaction, a doctor or clinician will demonstrate respectful
behaviour. Therefore, the integrity of medical practitioners will help patients feel safe, a strong
relationship between healthcare needs to be built effectively, proper communication strategy is
required for interaction between staff and service user.
Theme 3: Health Safety and Safeguarding through life span
Health and safeguarding procedures are key factors in healthcare services, medical practitioners
should be familiar with patient safety`s childcare professionals need to maintain a safe atmosphere
that prevents children from injury, practitioners need to track children's medications and treatment
facilities. In this sense, good safeguarding procedures in the case of child protection from abuse,
adult care, need to be processed; each healthcare facility staff member has to be informed about
these particular roles and responsibilities for safety (Ghaye and Lillyman, 2014) which can help
patients to receive adequate medication at the right time.
In comparison, commitment and perseverance are two important factors that need to be addressed
by medical practitioners within a healthcare system, apart from this, tolerance for the disparity
between people is also vital. In this regard, the process of adopting the PCA approach must be taken
into account by the health and social care organisation. The primary staff approach to providing
patient care will be used in this respect. Medicines are regulated not only by keeping patient
records, but also by keeping inventory or stock track. Inventory control also applies to the
maintenance of protective supplies in the event of an emergency, such a type of drug monitoring
allows healthcare facilities to provide the requisite recovery.
It is clear that inventory control maintains a balance between supply and demand of medical
equipment, medications and other essential items, thereby allowing the customer to feel included in
the facilities. In fact, various types of meals can be delivered with the healthcare institution premises
to create an environment of accessibility (Dogra, 2017)

This will help patients and friends of their families feel involved. On the other hand, service providers
need to improve the quality of healthcare practises which aid in deciding service consumer
empowerment. Practitioners need to find any effective ways of improvising in the workplace
That can be accomplished by presenting the care providers with a positive working environment.
Such an atmosphere will thus allow the health and social care organization's workers to provide
superior quality programmes (Kangasniemi, 2015), thereby allowing the organisation to achieve its
goals, it has been reported that the health care organization's personnel need to realise
Their future patient positions and obligations. It was stated that level of commitment can play a
major role in improving the quality of care practises, and that clinical practitioners need to be on
time in their duties. It can also help patients to receive adequate medication at the right time, and a
strong relationship between health care providers and patients is important (Al-Balushi, 2014).
I have related that It can help to understand patients ' actual health needs in an effective manner,
and proper communication approach is required in this sense to communicate with patients and
resources. In this case, in the field of delivering services, health care professionals must maintain
proper laws and regulations. It can help to understand patients ' actual health needs in an effective

Theme 4: Valuing and promoting diversity
As per the HEALTH CARE ORGANISATION report, it is important that service providers stick to the
values that will help to promote equity, disparities and inclusion. That is important from the
perspective of securing individual rights. Besides that, British governing bodies also have a significant
value in fostering diversity and inclusion in workplace (Olsen, 2017). As a consequence of the
Parliament of the United Kingdom has enacted the Equality Act 2010 this act strictly prohibits all
forms of discrimination at work. One of the main ways to help clinicians understand the individuality
and honesty of service users is by recognising that cultural differences exist.
Small gesture and modest gesture within the office will do this. It is also important that the
facilitation of consideration should be specifically included in the corporate policies. In this respect,
the care provider can call the patient or service user by name, rather than by any other code.
This will help the user feel included in the service. Different types of meals can be served within the
premises of healthcare in order to create an atmosphere of equality, it is important that the
company complies with anti-discrimination laws. This will enable the organisation, regardless of its
values and beliefs, to provide quality services to patients

This is important because individuals belonging to different backgrounds come seeking service in a
healthcare organisation. It is important that the company establish a non-discriminatory
environment. This transition would allow service users to trust care providers and achieve the
desired results as a result of shared efforts.
Theme 5: Promoting physical and mental health wellbeing
The well-being of an individual is not limited to his or her physical condition, but the mental health
of an individual often plays an important role in influencing a person's health. It is very important
how the company can take into account the aspects in which the individual's physical and mental
health is supported. This can be done by supplying the care providers with a positive working
environment, thereby allowing the health and social care organization's workers to provide superior
quality services. It therefore helps the organisation to achieve its goal. On the contrary, if the work
environment is not motivating, it will not only hamper the individual's health, but will also cause the
organisation to suffer the consequences of turning over employees (Benson and Grieve, 2016). In
turn the service provided to the user of the service will be harmed. It is also crucial from the service
user's perspective that the health and social welfare organisation should take adequate action
I have evaluated that to help them achieve physical and mental health stability. It is important to
provide the service customer with the opportunity to communicate with others and to interact with
another community, which can be achieved by verbal communication or social media. The service
customer will not be afflicted and will be in a state of emotional contact. One way to promote
physical and mental health well-being in the field of social healthcare is by making necessary check-
up plans for both care providers and consumers of the facility. This will help in making necessary
suggestion such as considering inclusion of physical exercises like cardio, dancing and etc (Al-Ramahi,
Liu and El-Gayar, 2017).
Therefore, the other important approach is to facilitate deliberate movements such as exercise or
exercises to support lifelong learning.
Theme 6: Applied Mathematics
I have also analysed that the use of mathematics has been considered important in the field of
medicine. It can be said that there are different forms of statistical approaches that medical
practitioners use to accomplish set goals. The medical instruments used by healthcare practitioners
have some sort of demarcation to ensure adequate treatment, storage and inventory control.
Certainly, inventory control maintains a balance between supply and demand of medical devices,
medications, and other essential items. In the healthcare environment ABC stock holding it also
introduced to differentiate between the least and most necessary things, it can be argued that
medical drugs or other equipment required within vital situations are given a different label (Liebler
and McConnell, 2020).
It becomes easier to differentiate emergency items from those to be used regularly on the basis of
such a marking. The concept of applied mathematics has also found its relevance in the activities of
transfer and timing. When a patient is handed over, it is the sole responsibility of the practitioners to
present proper documentation. The handover process must include the patient's health history of
any irregularity. The time slots of prescription supplied to the patient also need to be carefully
