Motivation is determined as act of encouraging an individual towards completion
of operations and activities. It involves various forces including emotions, social aspects,
cognitive forces, etc. that facilitates in motivating or influencing an individual. Team
effectiveness is meant by capability of a group or team working together in order to carry
out task in a systematic manner with efficient coordination and collaboration. Furthermore,
chosen organisation taken into consideration for this presentation is FitFlop.

CONCLUSION
From the above report presented information and knowledge it could be
concluded that respective organisation contributes sufficient efforts and initiatives towards
motivation and effective teamwork among employees. In addition to that, the strategy of
feel good five resulted in being efficient in order to motivate employees. On the other
hand, open communication, involvement of workforce, and delegation of authority resulted
in being positive aspects of effective teamwork.
