Literature review
Corona virus 2019 as firstly observed UNB, December 2019by health professionals and
authorities in China. Since from that time each and every person are getting affected by today. Some
people got affected due to financial need on other hand some got affected reason of being alone and
jobless at home. As the affects of COVID 19 were complex and crucial that can take person to
death. According to studies, all about 38 percent of population suffered due to being jobless and
loosing the great and vast productivity in business. In addition in regard with health concerns, to
spread of harmful virus impacted economy globally. Economy also affected government too as the
sources of income were less and sources of taxes was also ten d to be neutral just in a chain the
virus which was originated from the chin a affected the whole country vitally. As the china was
vulnerable dispute which caused the COVID19 (Tezer, 2019). In January 2020, the officials of
Chinese government generated the mandatory shut over the country and patent of this whole
countries globally adopted this policy. Despite there were number of expectations of reopening of
malls and other things. The transport was also prohibited due to the cause of virus. The COVID 19
affected the number of people which were below poverty line as well the people who were
financially wealthy enough. (China is tightening its grip on coronavirus research. 2020). The
business affected due to this virus because the productivity of firm or organisational was stopped as
the shutdown was going on trending policy as adopted by many countries. The number of strategies
that would be highly important the recent outbreak that consist the statistical tool, computational
modelling as well the analyses which were quantitative manner. According to view, the ministry of
health and family welfare of each country globally has raised a significant awareness in regards
with the out break that has concluded significant actions should be taken mandatory (He, 2020).
The central as well as state government has determined number of strategies and security, ensures in
order to overcome the challenges which occurred due to the impact of these viruses.
Purpose- Main purpose of this article was to raise awareness of pandemic situation.

Methods & methodology- Surveys and discussion forums were used. Primary as well as
secondary sources were used for methodology.
Findings- It is examined that it is necessary to be aware about health ad external factors so
that effective measures are being undertaken.

Literature Review
This article was published on January 2, 2019 which was proposed by David R. Williams.
In this article he states that how racism has effect on health of people. This article provides an
detailed overview of evidence of linking the primary domains of racism & health outcomes (Racism
and Health: Evidence and Needed Research. 2019). Through scientific research, it has been seen
that there has a significant impact of racism over health of individual for example- the most well
known racial groups were Americans & Africans. Further analysis is empirical analysis on
persistence of racial differences in health after adjustment for SES, socio economic status (Hu,
2020).
Purpose- Main purpose of this article was to understand racism and health impact on
individual.

Literature Review
Each and every person is different from each other on basis of which relationships are
established. Stereotypes about men & women are widely shared & are totally different. This articles
reviews about evidence on the nature and content of gender stereotypes & how they are linked
with life outcomes (Gielnik, 2017). Thus, it has been analysed that with help of cognitive &

motivational functions, it is easy to understand the gender stereotypes. Also, several areas have been
focused such as different people or different world, nature of gender stereotypes, avoiding
stereotype people etc. (Gender Stereotypes.2018) So, it is essential for an individual to examine
attitude and behaviour of other people so that problem do not occur in near future.

Environment has deep impact on every sector and person at larger scale. The plastic
contamination in marine environment was first reported 50 years ago (Plastics in the Marine
Environment. 2017). In 1970's, plastic pollution in ocean was reported and gained a attention from
all online as well as offline media sources. The marine environment consists of oceans, seas, bays,
estruaries & other water bodies. Plastic are made of hydrocarbons. In this commercial world, 85%
resources are equipped with use of plastics. The every day dependent on plastic is created a problem
for species. Environment practitioners should be active to protect environment from such harmful
things (Astakhova, 2017).
Purpose-Main purpose of this article was to increase the awareness of protecting
environment.

Every person is different from other and has different passion. This article gives a reflection

and knowledge about passion of a individual (Screw Finding Your Passion. 2017). When a person is
kid, things just happened no body thought that they will happen at that time. Finding passion is
essential as it help in managing the decisions and other activities in life. Life is all about not
knowing & then doing something anyway. Most of people often complaint that it become difficult

Practice makes the man perfect; the statement is true to up to most extent. Humans are born
to make mistakes, only these mistakes could convert in effective performance. The more a person

Purpose: The main purpose of doing practice is to overcome flaws and give their best while
making performance.

From above report, it has been concluded that environment situations are to be examined so
