Impact of Union on Collapse of Car Industry
Union plays a big role on collapse of car industry:
Unions in the workspace: Unionizing affects the wages or jobs significantly in the
workplace. Industries employers are not allowed to negotiate directly with
employees from any certified union. Most effective factor behind this is employer
need to pay high amount of dollars to hired lawyer in order to make any changes in
the workplace (Wachter, 2004).
Effect on Businesses: Unions literally come out with the business earnings. The
basic rules of any union is designed to provide more number of workers required to
do job and strict the classifications by raising the costs. To compensate that union
company must increase the cost as a result loses the customers in the process.
