Introduction
The aim of the report is to form an analysis on the basis of identification of the challenges
faced by the chosen industry, CSG limited and prepare a thorough analysis of the issue. This will
be supplemented by the application of the management theories and tools. The company has
been facing one of the challenges that are more diverse and deep than it appears on the outset.
The key issues of the organization has been discussed in the previous assignment which clearly
mentions that there are number of issues the company is facing : however the problem lies in the
process of communication and management of the same that is impacting the effective
functioning of both.
Restatement of the problem
This has been observed that the chosen industry is facing one of the challenges of market
capitalization and communication gap between the management and the employees of the
organization. In addition to the issue of communication gap, this particular industry is also
facing the challenges of ineffective financial decisions which has been one of the reasons for
their failure of financial management within the organization. Hence it can be argued from the
analysis of the issue the company is facing that the issue and challenges presented before it are
not singular issues instead it is diverse and multilayered. The primary concern for the company
is related to the poor communication and the broadening gap between the head of the
management with the rest of the employees of the company. This is crucial to identify the issue
in a systematic manner since it is not the issues at the outer sector instead the focus of issues lies
in the management decisions and the changing style of leadership. This has also been observed

The impact of communication within an organization constitutes one of the pillars of
effective management. There are number of positive impact of developing effective and sound
communication (Cummings et al. 2015). This has been observed by scholars that the impact of
sound communication leads to the fulfillment of target and goals of the company within the
given period. On the other hand it has been observed that the impact of poor communication
within the organization leads to the problem of poor management of stress within the workplace

2015). It has also been argued that the impact of poor communication leads to the process of
low morale of the employees since productivity sees to go low. In addition to this, this has been
observed that the trust of the employees goes down in the organization which negative for the
growth and development of the company (Cummings et al. 2015). The impact of poor
communication is reflected in high employee turnover and low morale among the existing
employees of the company. Moreover it has been argued that lack of proper communication

the process of successful management leads to the higher productivity of the employees and one

facing in the market place (Taylor 2015). However it is crucial to note that the contingency
theory mentions that there is no single structure for the process of organizational planning,. This
should be depended on the leadership style and the factors of environment. Hence it can be
argued form the above discussion that the issue of organizational planning is one of the most
crucial aspects of organizational operation (Montano et al. 2015). Hence it can be argued that
there are no single theory of management of the decision within the given context of an
organization. This is based on the analysis and understanding of the issues that this particular
organization is facing.

The CSG limited is one of the public sector companies based in Australia provides
services in technology business. The company offers number of technological services to the
customer. This has been observed that the company has undergone number of challenges in
terms of gaining foothold in the Australian market. this has also been noticed that the company
not only has external challenges it also has equal number of internal challenge in case of limited

requires an approach that is comprehensive and holistic in nature and for the same , some of the
recommendations have been suggested.
1. Broaden their company reach beyond Australia in order to drive more investment to the
company overseas. Deriving more number of investments both from the domestic and
international market can be one of the key aspects of pulling wealth to the company. This
can be substantiated by the process of driving number of international investment and
merger with other reputed companies in order to drag it out of the financial crisis it is
facing.
2. In case of developing sound communication and effective leadership in CSG limited, it is
recommended to develop a supportive environment for the share of responsibility o
