Introduction
This paper will elaborate the ethical issues in various type of communications in business with
the help of the materials used in assignment 1A. This paper will critically review the resources
used by providing a sound argument and a practical analysis.
Discussion
According to a study by Guang (2012), there is a suggestion that communication is impacted
upon by various cultural factors and when it comes to cross cultural international markets,
business firms are hugely affected by cultural awareness. In the communications of international
business cultural factors acts as invisible barriers (ALfikri, 2016). This makes the analysis of
cultural differences a massively important skill that the business firms can use to achieve
competitive advantages in the field of international business.
In another study by Beekun, Stedham, Yaamamura & Barghouti (2003), they have tried to
demonstrate and develop a completely new and fresh model of ethics that may help in the
situation of crisis communications. Further, Sampson & Makela (2015), elaborated and
emphasized on the key elements as to when, how and what can be used for effective as well as
ethical crisis communications.
Swiatkiewicz (2018), in his paper has regarded communication as the organizational process and
focusing on the major issues faced in communication. The stakeholders and the marketers of a
company are the intended audiences of this article.
