INTRODUCTION
Family welfare system is a responsible for different aspects which are relating to family
welfare, especially in reproductive health, maternal health, information, education etc. In this
type of welfare system, priority is majorly given to individual development of either child, an
individual person or family to ensure about their health or services (Brook and et. al., 2012). This
assessment will cover on an analysis of the literature on a given topic. Lastly, conclusion on a
same will be priority. Also, lastly reflection will needs to be given in that context. In this,
reflection will be utilised to form common conclusion and with help of in-depth analysis.

According to the Morrison, (2016), family support system is community based services
which is helpful in assisting or supporting family or parents in their defined role as a caregiver.
Such kind of a services involves treatment of the patient with care, contribution with help of the
monetary aspects, raise their confidence to recover soon from their own problems. Such level of
services has took many forms which is depending on a strength as well as needs of a family. In
this context, goal of the family support system is to help parents or family people to raise their
skills, competencies and earn capacity to solve major critical based problem or issues. All of the
families may get support from this in some ways: the principles of a family support must be
incorporates into the level of a case work across a child welfare service continuum (Hacsi and
Lama, 2017). These kind of system consists of family support program which has been initiated
to train parents, family person or any peers in caring of child, elder people or native ones. This is
proactive to use family support system to maintain common interest and also understanding in an
family member's for a longer period of time.
These support programs needs to addressed a general population or have to target
particular groups such as soul of ethnic and cultural groups or minorities, adolescent groups,
caregivers etc. This kind of programs has been utilised to face health based, mental health or
substance abuse issues. These are required to be comprehensive or may focus on a specific goals
or targets. To ensure best family support system in nation like Australia, federal legislation is
under providing of the funding for state grants to led services which will prevent an unnecessary
separation of a child or family member's, improve quality or assurance of quality of the care and

also led ensuring permanency for their family people by connects them with parents or family
people. As, this was realised that Australian people used to give importance to various federal

In this support system, proper or tools and techniques are required to ensure how welfare
system works in any premises or structure. If there is an effective methodology, it will be easy to
deliver support system in the proactive manner (Gilbert, 2012). While ensuring proper welfare
services, this is necessary and also important to use fact-sheet which is helpful in providing brief
overview of a family welfare support system and also in regards with its purpose and other
functions. Family support services has constitutes of child care, protection, welfare matter and
also their security or development. Especially, in child welfare system, it receives and also led to
investigates reports of a possibility of child abuse and also neglect. Role of fact-sheet is to
provide services to families and support of their assistance into a level of protection and also the
care of their child. This is not necessary only care is required, but also their caring is necessary.
In context of policies or procedures which are required to led its development, this is majorly
important and also necessary to development of a child care or procuring in an effective manner.
In the family care & welfare system, this will be necessary to make strategic planning & co-
ordination among the family people of child or any elder to make them feel relax and also being
cared. This needs to be clear and right efforts along with intention or purpose to led welfare or
development in a productive manner.
In context of family support services, supporting to a families and also children majorly
affected by parental incarceration. In context of parental incarceration and also a disruption of
family, relationships can produce negative results outcomes for a children, including a level of
poverty, child's poor academic, aggression and also a substance abuse. Incarcerated families or
mother's are unable to work on parenting skills that might be important and also proactive for re-
purification of the health (Naldini and Jurado, 2013). Family centred services for incarcerated
parents, their children and families which were focusing on parenting based programs, family
strengthening services, nurturing of a family relationships and community supports for families

people during process of caring and development. Family centred services for family people
focuses majorly on caring of the people, families and children with a help of program with
support of people, member's or an individual of a family people. This is necessary to enhance
family relationships, level of community supports for families during incarceration and
following release (Moffitt, 2015). Proper support services is majorly necessary to enhances
development of people along with supporting to them with a support of the health and also
financial based assistance for longer period of time.
Family support system is highly useful to rise trust and faith among each and every level
of people to rise suitability of caring of the person to realise sources of health development of
any family member's.
Reflection:
This part of this assessment has to be gone on reflective basis, which carries out third
party context. In this, I realised that authors point of view is highly different and connected to
the health matter in a family support system. In this, I put my full focus on analysis of a
knowledge in which major discussion over the topic has been put to increase an understanding of
the family welfare system in an effective manner. Also, I noticed that this topic is majorly
focused on management of a family based problem to led development of a scenario, so as to
contribute to family support system for longer period. In this response, I also realised that family
welfare or support system has not been limited to one entity, but it also consists of child, people,
member's or elder people of the family. Before going into different theory, I realised that welfare
and support system is highly involves pure and dwelling services. This was analysed that I
noticed, family welfare system is an essential to be undertaken with correct and appropriate
consideration to ascertain outcomes related to the development of societal-cultural development
for a future time zone. Also, I realised that practitioner's in this field are required to built proper
or required skills in order to led proficiency into the services.

CONCLUSION
From this above report, it is concluded that family support system is mainly comprises of
giving support to the family people, an individual entity along with giving support to the people
of any people also in context of health and other monetary help or needs. This is also concluded
that family support system has given lots of contribution in process of developing or enhancing
to work with clear and also right objective of the people. Lastly, it is also concluded that family
welfare system is consists of welfare and development of a related people in context of services
or norms.
