For this study the chosen company is Amazon Web Services, in which the study
determines the functions, roles and the careers that is found in the department of IS of AWS.
Some of the steps that can be taken for the employment for the IS department of the AWS are:
The organization have to look for the proper talent by choosing the people with
the appropriate expertise in the IS field (Varia & Mathew, 2014).
They must be concerned in the hiring of the full stack developer, as the job will be
for the Information System field.
The candidate must be proficient in the multiple programming languages.
There are different comparisons between the leaders and followers such as:
Leadership comes with the multiple responsibilities such as honesty, traits of inspiring
and ability to build good relationship. When any leader is leading the team with the team
members, they are supposed to be honest in guiding the team (Leroy et al., 2015). The team
members always look up to the team leader. The team members always take the leader as their
inspiration and the leaders are the most essential source of encouragement.
In addition, for the dynamic followership, the follower should be loyal to the leader of his
team. In the corporate industry, the leaders are very important in planning the crucial role in
leading the team to achieve their goal. The followers need to abide by the given instruction that
is given by the leaders of their team for achieving the goals successfully.
