Abstract
The Information System is an established business solution domain, where small and medium
enterprises are appointed by large-scale organization as well as individuals to provide software
applications to provide a better efficiency. The aim of this report is to analyze the hardware,

database as well as webpages. The selected organization, which is EIS Australia is an
information system service providing business solutions company using customizable
applications on websites as well as mobile applications for a variety of services. The service are

EIS Australia (Enterprise Information Solutions Australia) is an Information System
service provider located in Collins Street, Melbourne, Australia. EIS provides Information
Technology (IT) Services required for business solutions, which include installation of
infrastructures, both hardware as well as software services, development of customized business
applications and cloud services for organizations (EIS Australia, 2019). Designing of
applications, both web and mobile, integration of system and providing support and maintenance
related to database and software applications. Support staffs of this organization uses
communication software for end to end IT solutions. EIS provides network administration and
implementation as well as security from malware attacks to an enterprise. The goal of this
organization is to provide top notch quality services in application development, website
designing and software maintenance as well as managing software services in an organization
(Button, Harrington and Belan, 2014). This is achieved with the help of industry professionals

2.2 Software Required for Data Communication
EIS Australia constantly uses innovative approach to address different requirements of
