Abstract
The Information System is an established business solution domain, where small and medium
enterprises are appointed by large-scale organization as well as individuals to provide software
applications to provide a better efficiency. The aim of this report is to analyze the hardware,
software and networking services used by organizations to provide services related to email,
database as well as webpages. The selected organization, which is EIS Australia is an
information system service providing business solutions company using customizable
applications on websites as well as mobile applications for a variety of services. The service are
mostly related to information system solutions like cloud storage facility, updating basic

requirement.

1.0 Introduction
EIS Australia (Enterprise Information Solutions Australia) is an Information System
service provider located in Collins Street, Melbourne, Australia. EIS provides Information
Technology (IT) Services required for business solutions, which include installation of
infrastructures, both hardware as well as software services, development of customized business
applications and cloud services for organizations (EIS Australia, 2019). Designing of
applications, both web and mobile, integration of system and providing support and maintenance
related to database and software applications. Support staffs of this organization uses
communication software for end to end IT solutions. EIS provides network administration and
implementation as well as security from malware attacks to an enterprise. The goal of this
organization is to provide top notch quality services in application development, website
designing and software maintenance as well as managing software services in an organization
(Button, Harrington and Belan, 2014). This is achieved with the help of industry professionals
who are an active part of the entire process in the enterprise.

2.2 Software Required for Data Communication
EIS Australia constantly uses innovative approach to address different requirements of
organizations. The design and development of business solutions for managing Information

et al., 2014). The list of software applications based on requirements of organizations for using
Software as a Service (SaaS) in cloud solutions. The software used and integrated in various

cloud solution (Sova et al., 2016). Nuage UI uses latest technologies like HTML5, JavaScript in
order to modernize windows applications, client-server mode or cloud. This helps to reduce
problems related to users, reduced cost of migration, for keeping user information as required.

e-mail sending and receiving. The application program using network services, which in case of
a web browser is for requesting services provided by the webpage (Gao and Bai, 2014). EIS
Australia’s homepage, which is the application layer has details related to the companies
working paradigms, which include Application Development, Business Consulting, Managing IT
Solutions and technical support. The Home Page of the application has different sections

The presentation layer is the design of the webpage and use of various graphical elements
to make the website more aesthetically pleasing to the user is done in the presentation layer. EIS

computer devices (Sarkar, 2015). Latest website improvement tools are used in designing an
interactive and highly responsive website. The website integration is done with the help of

using available resources from the sender IP address to the destination IP address (Bora et al.,
2014). Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) are used as
transport layer by EIS Australia in order to provide communication, which is connection-
oriented. The services like sending and receiving of mail, auto-detection of errors in website and
avoiding data congestion, when multiple users are accessing the website is controlled with the
help of Automatic Repeat Request (ARP).

synchronized communication (Ozaki and Ogawa, 2014). The layer is involved with wireless
transmission of data, cabling standards, establishment of physical medium for necessary data
