INTRODUCTION
The present study is based upon the insights of coronavirus that helps to determine how
many people get vaccinated and affected at the time of pandemic. For that effective tools and
techniques has used that provide an in-depth understanding pertaining to the tools. Therefore,
report will provide how method of presenting and visualising the data is appropriate by
determining the achievement of team to accomplish the goals. Moreover, it will describe the
issues that raise while performing the team work so that in future it can be minimized.
Aim and objectives
The aim of this project is to determine the daily updates with regard to people who are
vaccinated till date.
Objectives:
 To develop an understanding pertaining number of person get vaccinated
 To analyse how team work collectively in order to meet the defined aim.
 To ascertain the issues raised by team while implementing the project.
Detail of the group with methodology
In the project, there are three members of a team who work to attain the defined aim of
the project and this in turn help to contribute their work for accomplishment of a work. The three
members of a team work individually but with coordination that helps to analyse the data in an
effective manner. One of the team members have a strong ability to present or analyses the data
by using thematic analysis (Singh, Maiti and Roychowdhury, 2022). Whereas one of them have a
strong ability to communicate the views and last one have good research skills so that he can
guide to write the report and present the same in PPT as well.
The chosen methodology for the project is quantitative that helps to collect information
with regard to pandemic. In this, study uses deductive research approach that helps to create a
valid outcome and determine the rate of vaccination in the specific cities (Collins, 2020).

Further, it helps to create a better outcome and with the help of different graphs, study reflect the
trend of vaccination in UK that assist to fight against Covid-19.
Data collections methods
For the present study, only secondary source of data collection method has been used that
provide an in-depth detail about the sources used for the project. Such that, for secondary source,
only authentic data has been referred in order to collect the valid information so that the results
can be attained in an appropriate manner (UK summary, 2022). Further, in order to support the
same, study refer further resources like books, articles and newspaper article that further provide
effective outcome and meet the set objectives as well.
Validity of a data
In order to ensure about validity of a data, the researcher select data that published latest
i.e. after 2019 because world is affected from pandemic in 2020 that is why, the sources
published after 2019 will ensure about its validity. Moreover, researcher uses data published on
government cites because it provides effective results by focusing upon data mentioned in the
secondary source. That is why, it can be stated that with the help of effective resources,
researcher can improve the results and identify the trend of vaccination within a country so that
effective outcome can be generated.
Analysis
Theme 1: Vaccination update in UK

Interpretation: In accordance with the above, it has been interpreted that the rate of
vaccination is increases from last year because there is a steady growth identified in UK as in 1st
March 2021, there is a hike noted in doses which is continuously increases till now. However,
the same trend has been identified in the case of second as well as Booster dose. Therefore, it can
be stated that vaccination in entire UK is high and that is why, the impact of Covid-19 virus is
decreases year by year.
Theme 2: Vaccination update by nation wise

Interpretation: Through the above graph, it has been identified that in almost all nation
of UK, there is a growth identified for taking dose. Such that the percentage of England,
Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales there is a speedy growth of taking doses and that is why, it
can be stated that entire nations of UK took advantage of taking doses so that the chances of
death rate will decreases.
Theme 3: Deaths within last 1 year in UK

Interpretation: In accordance with the above graph, it has been identified that the death rate in
UK is low in May to September because of low Covid-19 positive cases. Also, there is hike of
vaccination noted in this period that also assit to reduce the number of deaths because vaccine
boost the immunity that helps to fight against virus. On the other side, From November to
February, the number of death case increases in UK due to another variant identified that affect
the rate in negative manner.
In addition to this, on an average, around 5094 first doses of vaccine has given to the
people on daily basis and till now, around 52 lac first doses are provided to the people which in
turn reflected that around 91.7% of the total population are partially vaccinated. On the other
side, around 11 thousand second doses administrated in UK and till now, around 49 lac doses are
offered to the people. As a result, around 85.8% of the total population is fully vaccinated and
this assist to decrease the negative impact of pandemic over a body (Thundercliffe and Roberts,
2021). Therefore, it can be reflected from the statistics that majority of the people are highly
vaccinated and it is all because it helps to improve the health of people and reduce the chances of
death rate.

value reflect 0.94 which indicate that there is 94% association between the value.

As per the regression statistics it has been identified that there is a strong association between the
variable because 0.97 value from Multiple R entails the same. However, the value of R square s
0.95 which indicate that there is 95% fluctuation in the death rate. Also, the anova table indicated
that there is no significance difference between the mean value of death and second dose taken
by the people. This shows that null hypothesis has accepted.

In order to visualize the data in an appropriate manner, I used thematic data analysis and
that is why, it helps to present the data in an effective manner. Through this, I am able to
determine the current trend of UK in which number of first dose of vaccine provided whereas
majority of the people are fully vaccinated and this in turn shows that people are aware with the
issue so they took vaccines as well (Gasch and Dickens, 2022). Moreover, the chosen method for
presenting the data, excel is considered an appropriate manner and that is why, the data from the
selected link has downloaded that provide effective outcome and this in turn assist to create a
better outcome. Moreover, it can be stated that with the help of chosen visualization, the data
provide effective outcome and generate a better outcome as well.

Achievement and summary
Through the above it has been analysed that working in a team will be beneficial for the
project because it assists to create a better outcome as all the work is divided equally among all.
Also, the achievement of the work can be identified by analyzing whether the aim and objectives
met or not. This in turn also reflected that I enhance the learning regarding pandemic and doses
administrated in UK from last 1 year (Bengson, Cuneo and Shafer-Landau, 2022). Further, by
comparing the data nation wise, I also realized that country is focusing to create awareness
regarding the vaccination by using effective promotional tools. This helps to create a better
outcome and generate an effective outcome. On the other side, it can be also stated that with the
help of team members and their contribution towards attaining the aim and objectives is high.
Through the above it can be summarized that pandemic has affected the entire business
performance as well as increase the death rate within a country. Also, it can be summarized
through the thematic data analysis that there is an increasing trend identified over taking first
dose among children. Therefore, second dose administrated by the people is low as compared to
first and this might be due to long distance between first and second dose. Further, it has been
also summarized that in January 2022, another variant of Covid virus affected the life style of
people and that is why, the rate of death is increases as compared to second half in 2021.
Teamwork
An effective team will function together to achieve the objectives within the defined time.
In teamwork, each team member has different skills and abilities which help in contribution for
the achievement of targets.
For the successful functioning of the group, firstly the team should have the members
with appropriate skills and abilities. The team members need to maintain understanding and
communication among them to avoid conflict among them. A sense of understanding among
them will help them in quicker decisions making (Driskell, Salas,and Driskell, 2018.). The team
members work in a single direction to achieve their target. To complete the goals effectively, the
team members should divide the tasks among them and make derivative plans. The team leaders
should motivate and encourage their team members and adapt various strategies to make them
feel motivated and work hard.

There are various ways in which teamwork can be encouraged. The team should develop
a multidisciplinary view for the effective working and upbringing the skills of the team members
to reach to the comprehensive results. In the future, there should be a troubleshooting team
which works on improving the processes and help in finding out the solution to the problems
faced by the other team members. The team members should be provided with the training to
help them work easily on the targets, this will also improve their performance. The team leaders
should create recognition programs for the team members, publicly acknowledge those teams
who were hardworking and efficient throughout the achievement of plan.
Issues raise during working
While working in the team, there was a communication gap among the team members which
resulted in overlapping of the tasks, delaying of the work. The miscommunication gap among the
team members should be improved by adopting different ways of communication. This will help
in reducing the conflicts among the team members because of the clash of ideas and opinions.
The other issue faced by the team members was lack in efficiency and quality of the work. Thus,
the team was constantly facing lower grades from the higher authorities. Thus, to improve this,
the team leaders should start with the process of giving feedback regarding the quality and
efficiency of the work done by them. The feedback need not to be time-consuming or
complicated, they should be created by managing polls and conducting short meetings.
For effective teamwork and encouragement of the team members there are certain ways that can
be adapted. The team members should encourage innovation and ready to try new things. All the
team members should feel that their views and opinions matter and are valued by the team. The
team leaders should conduct meetings and conversation to encourage an informal relationship
among the team members. This will help in reducing communication gaps and developing good
relations. Teams should be provided with breaks and relaxation sessions to ease out and avoid
the situation of overworking and inefficiency among the teammates. The team leaders should
accept the differences in the team members and respect their opinions and accept it, thus this will
help in increasing the morale of the team members.

CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that Covid-19 has affected the entire
life style of the people lives in UK and that is why, there is a need to develop vaccine that assist
to boost the immunity of people. Through the above study, it has been concluded that there is an
increasing trend identified in first as well as second doses and as a result, the chances of death
rate decreases. Further, it can be concluded that working in a team is also beneficial for the
project because it assist to complete the entire project effectively. As there are three team
members who meet the defined aim as per their capability and this in turn reflected that work can
be completed easily when team work and put their efforts. However there are many issues raised
by working in a team and that is why, there is a need to improve the same so that effective
outcome can be generated.
