of the other personalities since we tend to have different perspectives regarding what life entails.
My personal strengths and weakness are totally two different parameters that normally tend to
occur under different circumstances depending on various issues that I am capable of
experiencing in life. On the other hand, other individuals too have been able to develop their own
perceptions regarding my personal strengths and weakness thus making them to view me in a
totally different manner compared to how they view the other personalities. All the strengths
have been able to clearly indicate my personality as far as different positive outcomes are
concerned.
Strengths
Aforementioned, my strengths tend to revolve around various issues depending on what I
am capable of experiencing within my surrounding environment. Normally, I tend to view

of bringing out perfection in it. As far as my progress is concerned regarding my strengths, I
appear to be moving towards the right direction by giving all my strengths the first priority in
each and every action that I tend to carry out.
Weakness
I have been able to highlight various weaknesses about my personalities in relation to
some of the operations that I have been able to carry out under various environmental conditions.
One of my major weakness is that I am a talkative kind of person. Being talkative is my real
weakness. This has made various employees and leaders to develop a perception which has made
them to believe that I don’t have boundaries regarding some of the things that I do in life thus
making them to view my lack of boundaries to be one of my major weakness that is capable of
hindering me from carrying out quite a number of operations within a given work environment.
At the same time, other employees also believe that I am a very rigid kind of personality and
probably this is the main reason as to why I am always not in line with any kind of change
process that is always directed towards my direction. They believe that it is a kind of weakness
that has enabled me to question nearly everything that I am able to come across. Basically, as far
as my strengths are concerned I appear to be progressing positively since I have started to listen
to the perspectives of several other individuals thus providing me with one of the best

life thus making me to much focus on my strengths and be able to attain some of the goals that I

providing an adequate opportunity to think about what is required within a particular time (Bedi,
2016). At the same time, there is the need to establish a self-purpose thereby making it much
easier to carry out an identification of the purpose behind the goal that should be attained. This
will further lead to self-improvement since there will be the need to fulfil the goal (Commey,
Sarkodie & Frimpong, 2016). In order to ensure that self-improvement for a continuous
improvement is well implemented, there is the need to come up with some of the most important
ethical considerations since they are among the major parameters that have got the potential of
providing an appropriate guidance regarding a particular path that should always be chosen thus
