Part 1
The political correctness is the language intervention used in the description of the
measures and the policies applied to make sure that offenses and disadvantages of certain groups
in the society are avoided. It is the process used since the 1980s as a way of avoiding the
language and some sort of behaviors which exclude, insulting and discriminating a group of
disadvantaged individuals in the society. It is related to the discrimination against the race or sex.
When it comes to the media, the political correctness is described as pejorative simply meaning
that they are totally unwarranted practices (Hale & Basides, 2013). Considering nowadays
political correctness, it is considered as an act of very strict adherence and acceptance of political
orthodoxy. It is believed that the process of political correctness has gone to different direction.
In reference to the political correctness responses, it promotes the social victimhood within the
society. In the same time, it limits the society so much in discussing the controversial issues
within. Some people consider political correctness as kind of a threat to political rights of speech.
Some other people do think political correctness is a kind of bad culture due to various reasons.
They do associate political correctness as the practice limited speech within the society. The
individual who totally expresses political correctness is considered to be denying others their
right to express themselves. This has left the argument about political correctness to be a flaw.
In my point of argument I think political correctness does not necessarily mean freedom of
speech is criticized but I think it means simply no one can be silenced.

Part 2
Political correctness is not a good thing. I think when we go by the definition of the term,
there is a positive ideology but when it comes to real life situation application of the same, there
are more negatives about it. I think political correctness brings about more over sensitive which
sometimes involves causing trouble in social media by limiting the way it should expose things
to the public. The political correctness sometimes is a kind of outrage warranted process,
especially when considering the discrimination views of the people. Some people do use the
political correctness to validate their practices which are totally acceptable in society. This is
totally different from what the political correctness is meant to do and therefore it is of no
importance in the society (Hale & Basides, 2013). It is kind of the aspect which is sought to
limit freedom of expression and speech to the people. It is aimed at standardizing the people’s
opinions which may result in mob rule. It is practically meant to unsettle the traditional mission
of people through fake claims. In addition it is aimed at creating the model within the societies
by force. It not only denies the social media their rights but also people their rights to express
their views without any fear. I think it is the thing to be avoided and be considered as the
political loophole with the bad intention of ruining society.
Part 3
There are so many good reasons as to why swearing should be controlled on a daily basis.
Most people who often use swearing by influence of anger and aggression. It may become
predictable and finally a long term effect which should largely be controlled. Swearing practices

like telling the frequently insults jokes may bring upset to colleagues. Sometimes, swearing
involves abusive words which actually harm people emotionally (Stephens, Atkins & Kingston,
2009). Swearing can bring physical aggression. In consideration of the swearing research,
swearing is termed as the conversational form practices which may result into some harm or no
harm at the same time (Jay, 2009). In this connection, swearing can be mistaken through the
interpretation of the people against the intentions of the user. In this case, it becomes a disturbing
term to the people based on how they interpret it. On the basis of the conflict tactics scale
evaluation, it does not give the correct estimation on how occasionally people do use the
swearing conversation especially when there is no problem. Use of the swear words cannot be
determined if it is abusive and therefore through verbal abuse research-based it implies that it is
unnecessary practice. Throwing swearing words critically brings about aggression even if not
verbal aggression. Sometimes use swearing conversations may end up causing the sexual
harassment especially when dealing with mix gender settings. This can be at the workplace and
therefore swear words may trigger sexual harassment. It does not need to impose the speech
codes but the point is to control the swearing conversation in any speech. The main reason as to
why swearing should be always controlled is due to the fact that it is sometimes associated with
violence (Eccleston, 2008). In most cases, people do it out of the anger and it may result in the
disturbance of other people emotionally.
