This research project investigates the role of line managers and leaders in talent management (TM) at Vectair Holdings, a UK-based hygiene and aircare products company. The study aims to develop an understanding of talent management concepts, identify leadership methods used, and evaluate the roles of leaders and line managers in TM. It explores research questions such as the concept of TM, leadership methods, and strategies for effective TM. The report includes a literature review covering talent management, leadership methods, and the roles of leaders and line managers. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach, using an inductive research approach and interpretivism. Data collection methods include primary and secondary research, with a questionnaire used for primary data and literature review for secondary data. The study's findings, discussion, and recommendations are presented, along with research limitations and ethical considerations.
