The speech given by director of MIT is related to one of the most important topic i.e. AI
and the Future of work. Head of institution talked about various concerns which are raised by
different CEOs of successful MNCs. First issues is related to people are getting fired because of
new technological development. Another one is related to unfilled vacancies in the company
because enterprises are failing to find appropriate person for their positions. Director didn't only
concentrate on the problem, he also talked about the solution. Looking at positive parts, head of
institution suggested that school should teach computers and various basic software from initial
classes. Government can also take various steps for coping up with rapid change in technology.
Along with this, Director claimed that technology has given more jobs in past compared
employment stolen by technology.
