company is been accused of getting failed consecutively in improving the working conditions of
their supply chain functions (Marinović-Matović and Arsić, 2020). Firm's main working is
dealing in fast fashion, which resulting in disastrous impact on environment. More overly brand
faces a huge back lash after being rated as the “Worst Ethical Consumer rating for environmental
reporting” due to their poor ratings and very bad CSR company were taken over by other brands
too. Organization being majorly lacking in using recycled content and it's alternate materials.
On the contradictory company implements various practices which lead to great down
fall, organization may use some recyclable products for improving environment stability and
sustainability. While back company were facing such issues it may try to implement such
techniques which aids them for improving brand value and better social responsibilities. Firm
may use ethical working and improve their bad supply chain management process which aids
them improving relations with their workers and provides ethical sustainability. Firm may also
focus on improving their brand value by improving Economical responsibilities. In order for
giving back to society brand really needs to take corrective measures in the field philanthropic
responsibilities.
PART 2
1 A reflective report based on personal experience
By referring to Gibbs Reflective model, I want to describe my personal experience
regarding knowledge that I have gain from this report.
As I have learned about how does analysis for certain topic is done. With the help of
report get experience about how SWOT analysis helps in getting knowledge about the internal
working of organization and how does various external factors affect company's working. While
doing report I have got to learned about how researching is done, and developed some research
skills. Why it is important to have internal and external analysis and different ways researches
are done. I have also developed good communication skills as, while gathering information about
analysis, need to communicate with various individuals. Apart others, I have also gained

knowledge about Corporate Social Responsibilities is important for organizations to maintain
and contribute towards society with ethics and environmental sustainability. Moreover, I learned
about the importance of leadership style in companies, as it provides firm with various beneficial
for helping to initiate and direct an enterprise's resources improving efficiency and goal
achievement.
I have developed various skills from this report which I would use in related to other
projects as, these skills will help in further studies. The report help in developing techniques like
communication skills which is required at different levels of working in corporate in the future.
With skills developed by the report helps in future personal and professional terms. Further, get
the proper knowledge about CSR plays an impactful role in maintaining companies sustainability
in environment. Lastly I have developed various skills related to working environment required
by an organization for increasing efficiency and effectiveness for achieving company's goal.
CONCLUSION
From the report it has been concluded that business environment and working is an
important aspect for companies goal achievement. The analysis shows about the SWOT and
PESTLE analysis influencing business. Report also showcase about how firm evaluate various
changes in PESTLE have impacted the opportunities and threats with firm's strength to nullify
threats and weaknesses. Further analysis describe about leadership style and its importance in
meeting business objectives. Lastly, analysis also tells about CSR and it's needs in an
organization and reflective writing about experiences in reports.
