Communication Barrier:-
Communication is vital in any business organization. Without the proper communication
it impossible to observe a customer’s needs and requirements. The communication between
client and business administrator are should be effective, otherwise both parties are unable to
understand their standpoint (Sethi & Rani, 2017). Initially the business manager are trying to
established good communication link in between their employees and clients. Proper
communication is not just a procedure of information transferring from one person to another
(Almutairi, 2015). Communication is an art of first reading and listening the information,
understanding it, handling it and then moving it. Several type of communication are applicable in
the organization like verbal, non-verbal, written, telephonic and social media.
Language barriers like the receiver are not understand the terminology or some part of the
language are not clear so it the gap of the communication. It is important that the communicator
should remember to use verbal word that can be cleared by the receiver. The psychological
barriers also is that a receiver with abridged hearing may not grip the total spoken discussion,
especially if there is substantial background disturbance (Robbins et al., 2014). The physical
barriers are mainly describes about the geographic distance in between two communicator. When
the distance between two communicators are very high then it should be affected there
communication. Last part is the attitudinal barriers and it are discernments that avoid people
from collaborating efficiently. Attitudinal obstructions to statement may effect from poor
management, and motivation deficiency. Every communicator need some determination for
avoiding the obstructions to active communication to make a better organization structure.
