Ethics is a morale values of an individual or a firm or an institutions. This study will
discuss the ground of ethical analysis such a employees should be able to post negative
comments against the organisation. Furthermore, the business ethics issue will also discuss in the
project.

Should employees be able to post negative comments against the employer in order to showcase
the individual concern?

The chosen question is very important. As the freedom of speech must be there even if
the person is being employed at some organisation. This is the legal right of the employee to
express the opinion on social media if they have experienced something wrong or bad. This is a
big issue as in today time anyone post anything negative on social media accounts. This is the
legal right of the employee to express the opinion it is also unethical to do it without addressing
the issue in front of the authority eligible or liable to look at such a matter.

Freedom of speech, equality act and such other are applicable to this respective matter. These
acts allow the person and individual to express the opinion in front of the people and world.

There are a certain facts require taking into the considering whole entertaining the
respective issue. It is important that employee must have expressed his concern in front of the
eligible person to look into the whole matter. This is highly required for the institutions that the
individual or the person must have expressed the concern (Aitchison and Meckled-Garcia, 2021).
Positing anything like this on social media can completely damage to the brand identity of the
organisation. This is important that before positing anything big employee must showcase the

boss is unfairly treating its subordinates or do something that create a hostile environment. In
Australia, it's unlawful to discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex and gender as well as
education (Kelly and et.al., 2021). Although Australian human rights and equal opportunity
commission act has made provision related to discrimination.
