INTRODUCTION
There are several resources which are helpful and enables individuals to find their ideal
job with the help of social media and digital tools. In this report some social tools are highlighted
along with their advantages and disadvantages which helps an individual in searching their idea
job and organisation according to their skills and expertise (Morgeson, Brannick and Levine,
2019).
MAIN BODY

LinkedIn is a social media application on which all individuals can make their accounts and post
their requirements. LinkedIn provides both the employer and employees a platform to meet and
share their expertise and requirements. This is the only platform which serves people with this
service where two professionals are meeting. Negative factor of LinkedIn is they have all
personal data of the user and this application has limited resources for managing scams.
Monster is a website which is developed with the motive of providing people service in which
they can easily find job according to their requirement, qualifications and skill set (Cotner and et.
al., 2019). The drawback here is the individuals do not get full knowledge about the employer
and their profile.
Indeed is a worldwide employment search engine for job listing which was launched in 2004.
This application aggregates all job listings from different websites, applications and other
sources for the potential individuals. The navigation and layout or design of the application is bit
confusing and complex in comparison with other website.
CONCLUSION
The social media serves as a huge resource and platform for people to meet and
communicate with one another. Now, it is also used as a resource for finding ideal jobs and
employers.
