Introduction
Final Fantasy XV was a well-known game in the video gaming industry. It was announced
twelve years ago in which there are some expectations were set. In addition, Square Enix has
created scripting of the game, which was wrong. Moreover, the company has created a
character development wrong (Elfwine, 2017). Besides, connection with characters and
players was also wrong. This report will analyze various processes that can be changed to
make a more successful project. Project methodology should be used to avoid the failure of
the project as well (Conforto & Amaral, 2016). The project is counted in failure. However, all
the points are working fine. This report will summarize all the things and it will provide
recommendations for the company as well.
Project failure
In this game, there are two main characters, which are Stella and Noctis. Many things
working alright, such as best graphics, consoles, and many more. However, there are many
mistakes in the game that make a product riddled with inadequacies and holes (Zones, 2017).
The starting of the game was not good according to the experts.
Besides, the game has designed with better knowledge including character spent most of the
game in different cities. It has included better dresses for characters, such as leopard-print
jogging and many more.

In this game, Noctis needing to take his Kingdom of Lucas back from the Empire of
Niflheim. Many characters are doing one or two notable things before disappearing form the
game, which is not good for a game as well.

There is some key reason for the failure of the game, which areas:
Inconsequential.
Aranea Highwind, the dragoon we meet?
Ignis gets blinded?
Prompto turns out to be an MT?
Besides, there are many other issues in the game, which cannot ignore by a gamer. In
addition, the Noctis, Gladio, Ignis, and Prompto have no personality in this game, which
makes a bad impact on the mindset of players. Thus, it can be better than the present.
Therefore, it is necessary to consider the various factors for designing a game. Besides, initial
documentation is necessary to reduce the chances of failure as well (Duffy, 2019).
Moreover, the game has based on the real story that has created a huge impact on the mind of
players. Besides, players have disappointed after playing the whole game. It was not suitable
to pay a large amount for such types of games project management is not easy work, as it has
faced many complex issues and challenges (Karaman & Kurt, 2015).
Besides, many good things in the game make some interest in the players for a new game.
However, it does not work for a longer time. Thus, it should be more proper and beautiful for
players. Thus, project management and planning are necessary to avoid such types of
outcomes that makes a project failure (Kerzner, 2017).
Moreover, a project has included many stages that are important for the final outcome, as the
project can be better with the methodologies (Marchewka, 2014). Besides, deep analysis is
necessary for the success of the project as well. It can provide a better overview of the project
as well. The success of a project has depended on its whole stages (Raymond & Bergeron,
2008).
Many factors are affecting a project including time management, and teamwork. However,
success can be possible using proper management of all the processes of a project (Rongala,
2015). Also, effective efforts should be created in the project that should be proper and better
for the company as well. Project management is based on the efforts of a team and individual
as well (Wysocki, 2014).

Besides, the game has not supported full graphics with audio and video, as driving a car is
boring in this game. Thus, it is not a good thing in the game. Moreover, scripting should be
more proper for the improvement of the game.
Therefore, project management methodologies must be included in the creation of large-scale
projects. Most of the things can be managed using changes in the scripting. However, it has
taken a long time for designing this game.
In addition, most of the players are not satisfied with the story and other options in the game.
It is a big reason for failure. Functions are working properly but they are not providing a
better feel for this game. It can be better with previous experience of games. It can improve
the interest of the players, as different cities have designed with better graphics.
Most of the things can be improved using better conditions in the graphics. it will improve
the things in the game. Most of the players have interested to pay high costs to enjoy a new
game, which is based on various things. Most games have required new experience in their
game, which should be interesting form their point of view.
In this era, online games are more popular, which can be used for entrainment with friends
and family. Thus, it should be proper and well mannered to impress the clients. To do so, the
company should focus on the scripting of the various issues and challenges in the games. It
will improve their interest and other things.
It is a way to create a good market in the international business. In addition, most of the
things can affect the gamers mind. Therefore, it should be more proper and better, which is
good for the company as well. Most of the things can be managed using all the processes.
However, there are many changes in the games as well.
Furthermore, most of the firms have learned from this project to take time for good outcomes.
It will be more beneficial for the company and its users. In addition, players have required a
good game for playing.
However, hardware and software have required to perform better in the industry. Thus, it is
necessary to consider all the parameters for designing the game. It should be focused on the
outcomes of the project as well.
All the things can be optimized using scripting and another system. Thus, the company
should test all the modules before launching the project in the market. It will be better for the

company in the future as well. However, most of the things can be managed using
information systems and knowledge about the market.
Furthermore, the FF game has provided better graphics and a news story, but it is not
considered in success as well because of less profit and revenue because of the product. Most
of the players have denied the game because of the story and its characters.
It will be better to use scripting and other impacts of the hardware and software on the games.
Besides, the company can improve the game using feedbacks from the customers as well. It
will improve its performance as well (Wysocki, 2011).
Conclusion
In conclusion, the FF game has created a bad image in the market based on this version.
Thus, it should be proper and more quality work. A project can fail because of scope and
outcomes. Besides, there are many things to manage in the game that makes an interest in the
players such as dressing, graphics, and story as well. This report has analyzed the game based
on various perspectives, which help analyze the game. The company should take feedback
about the game and the company can make desire changes based on the player's suggestions.
Finally, the FF game XV was a failure from the player's point of view. Moreover, the
company should take the experience from this failure for other projects in the future.
Recommendations
There are some recommendations for the company, which should adopt by the company,
which areas:
 Create a feedback and suggestion department
 Improve scripting of background
 Improve sound and visual impacts in the game
 Develop new characters for users
 Design better cities and places in the game
All the recommendations should be followed by the company to improve the games as well.
