INTRODUCTION
The equality and diversity are the most important aspect which depicts about equal
opportunity driven to people in personal and professional aspects. Its promotes majorly about
potential equality and opportunity which commence in organisation for create positive workplace
(Mousa, Massoud and Ayoubi,., 2020). In this following report it is consist about to having one
problem that emphasis about facing certain issues which creates negative working environment.
MAIN BODY.
1. Describe the problem?
The main problem which creates in organisation is Gender discrimination in which in
organisation there is baisness happens on the basis of performance between man and women.
This factor comes under Equality and Diversity which is not ethical correct in workplace (Khan
and et. al., 2019). As per the basic rules in workplace diversity stats that each and every
employees as male and female must provide equal opportunity in which they can perform as per
better manner. If the issues of gender discrimination arise in workplace it creates many negative
outcomes in terms of work dissatisfaction, not having good relationship with peers as well as
managers.
2. Why it this problem important?
The problem is important because it is created issues in current situation which creates
drawback in workplace as not procure optimum situation to deal. In organisation managers and
employees must have work coordination as well as form norms and regulation that represent
about equality and diversity aspect effectively (Kato and Kodama., 2018). As per this
environment of gender disinformation many other issues would be raise such as unequal pay
structure that is concerned for other company to justified their overall work structure developed
in effective manner. Men and women are having equal competency but due to different genders
people's have their different perspective which they not consider in properly manner.
3. Who does it impact and how?
As per the major impact could be generates through employees and manager which faces
about to clear understanding about gender discrimination in workplace. The impact would
directly on organisation growth in negative way because if there is high trait of gender

discriminate , unequal pay structure, not implement proper performance appraisal could not build
positive relationship with employees as well as with their managers. This could create high
lacking in performances, as well as it creates more complex situation towards company growth if
employees are not well satisfied.
4. What are causes create in problem which identified?
There are many causes which identified about the organisation perspective is due to
having unproductive situation arises such as unequal work responsibility, not provide proper
working environment and other factor which comes under Gender discrimination workplace.
Some of the main cause which identified such as:
Lack of education: In around the atmosphere many people are not having completed their
education in proper manner there is one fourth of women between 15-24 will not proper
finished primary school.
Lack of employment equality: this is one of major issues that creates more complex
situation where same legal work having right as men and women are kept to be underrate.
As per the research or survey through government women have more efficiency than men
in workplace to attain work effectively (Hatipoglu and Inelmen., 2018).
5. What need to be need to overcome the problem?
The problem which is Gender discriminate is major issue which is essential to overcome
by organisation to form better regulation and norms that effectively considerate to create better
work place, rules and regulation are in proper formulate as per equality and diversity act
premises.
CONCLUSION
From above report, it summarised about on particular issues that depicts about how
organisation is faces long term issues to create in organisation that enhance impact on man and
women working productivity. Thus, to elaborates about some important of gender discriminate
issues as well as to highlight about positive outcomes.
