Global business is the network which is leads the consulting firm that specialised in
helping organisation to growth in the whole market ad worldwide. This business increasing
uncertainty and volatile world. The global business firm is operates facilities and provide their

Present study is based on the “essay on global business is BMW” is the multinational car

This includes the political, legal, technological and economical sector. BMW faced the problems
from the macro factor indirectly like new technologies are affect to business and its decision
making process. By this management have to take new technology in their production and
operation department (Philipov, Liefbroer and Klobas, 2015).
Micro factor
This factor refers the environment which under r from the business and operations of
BMW. This factors are affect to business internal business process like competitor, staff
members, suppliers, market and customers. They all are affect to BMW's management directly. It
is specific nature of elements. By this management can know about their weakness and
improvement area.

of business. Modern changes in their businesses are help to make changes in the effective
business process and work culture of business. Modern business make strong and good future of

its objectives. By this management can reduce their work cost and efforts of employees and help
to increase use of teams and unit work like by this communication and information flow more

greater need for mobile technological support for meetings in meeting room. But creates the
issues like expansion of workday to accommodate and loss of opportunity to develop trust
