requirement to Starbucks to use the different aspects which are mention below as above:
Cost- Under this, it is necessary that company should arrange the proper funds to
complete the project. It consists planning of funds, cost budgeting, controlling expenses etc.
Scope- Starbucks is a large size company and it conduct its business at the global level. It
operate its business operations in many countries, so the scope of this project is high (Davidson
