INTRODUCTION
Communication term refer to essential capability of individual person that they used to
share and collect important information, while performing specific role, either individually or in
a group of people's. With the rapid growth of communication various form of computer-
mediated communication have developed that may include email, twitter and various other.
There is various form of communication that may include the paragraphs, email and various
other. By using email, as specific source of effective communication, individuals obtained desire
outcomes as they successfully share useful data with other, who can use the same to achieve an
aim. The current assignment will explain the strengths & weaknesses in group's interaction
competencies. Various factors of communication will be discussed in the report that would either
be count as strength and weakness which is further supported with the evidence. The concept of
email along with the use of formality in the writing is also a part of the report.
FINDINGS
Communication factor:
There is various factor which are associated with the communication that may include the
language. The use of active voice although beneficial but the instead of active voice the passive
voice is more clarify the reasons. In order to ensure the knowledge and information in relation
with the voice an actual writing from class forum was conducted that check the knowledge of
voice among students. Under this class writing the post made by the group along with
determination of language as strength and weakness is also found under the session.
Group communication skills may focus on making each para comprehensive, which allow
them and other teams to understand the information appropriately, instead of making any
confusion about the same data.
The weaknesses of Group communication lead to decrease the effectiveness of each
group. For example, inappropriate practice of using specific or all types of communication types
that may put negative impact on process of information sharing.

Formality:
This is counted as weakness factor of communication for my group, under which the
formal language need to be used that will raise the value and meaning of message.

This can be evidenced with the factor that the persistence of formality would lead to
reduce the impact of effectiveness of message and team work. The method of formality is mainly
useful in respect to one-on-one communication or in meetings.

Language:
This is a major strength of my group under which we use the language which is most
understandable.

simple and easy so that it can raise the meaning of message along with understanding.
Thus, simple and understandable language my team efficiency has been raised and thus
counted as strength of my team.

Keeping the structure of report to be adequate initiates with the introduction followed
with main body and conclusion paragraph is counted as main strength of teamwork.
This is evidence with the efficiency and improved meaning of the message.
Thus, with the concerned structure of report, the effectiveness of communication has
been raised and thus act as strength.

It is important that the structure of the report must be adequate so that it can raise
effectiveness of communication and thus act as strength with respect to my team.

under which the initial paragraph shows the introductory session followed with main body and

This is an important factor that is related with communication. Since, delivery of message

Email communication:
This is one of the major and modern form of communication under which with the help
of electronic means and network the communication can be made performed. This is the strength
of my teamwork because it raises the efficiency of communication in terms of transmission.

as: it leads to easy and fast sharing of messages and information among the team. This was also
analysed when the students were asked to give answer about the form of communication in
formal manner i.e. in example 2.

counted as major strength of my team work.
Internal company blogs:
With respect to internal company blog the communication can become strong in terms of
transmitting information with the help of internal blogs. This is counted as strength because it
leads to fast and effective transmission of information.
This can be evidence from the advantage of internal company blog which raise them
effectiveness of communication and thus emerge as a strength which help in easy transmission of
information.
Instructional documents for staff:
With the method of Instructional method, the communication of instruction and method
of working can be strengthening. This will also lead to raise the effective working because of the
clarity in the instruction and thus counted as major strength of my team work.
This can be evidence from the sharing of instructional document and thus raise the
efficiency and finally emerge as an advantage for my team work.

While looking towards the example 1 in relation of communication definition majority of
student said that effective interactive skill is defined as one of the best human capabilities that
they may use to conduct varied practices and procedures. The most effective process that a
person may effectively conduct with the help of this competence is group interaction, which in
turn provide a lot of benefit to them (Bovee & Thill, 2018). Likewise, with the development of
technology the other communication has added that may include email, twitter, paragraph and
other. It is quite important for a person to select specific form of communication as there are
varied types of approaches to conduct the same practice available and these are;
Improvement of communication form:
With the changing form of business there is a simultaneous need of improvement in the
form of communication too. This may include the aspect of digital communication like the email.

By summing up above discussion, it has been summarized that individual group member
has achieved their strategic objectives and goals, by using the key strengths related to effective
communication skill. They had developed further aims which is important for them to fulfil in
appropriate manner by using the same element related to similar term. The utilization of current
competency enable all the team member's to become a productive and star candidate, who are
capable to accomplish each task in appropriate way, without making any major mistake that lead
to decrease organizational performance and affect success factors. Furthermore, from above
analysis, it has been concluded that development of strategic plan is quite essential, because has
enabled person's to overcome the adverse impact on group communication skill weaknesses that
decreased their performance and success criteria. By following key suggestions, they will
overcome the further and current situation that is essential for candidates.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In order to make an improvement in the corporate culture, training is it is highly
recommended. This is because with the mode of training to employees the
communication and its efficiency can be raised that will lead to effective transmission of
information and thus bring clarity.
In addition of this providing of new learning material to staff is also highly recommended
so that it will raise the understanding and knowledge among the employees in relation
with communication. With the learning material new insight can be provided to
employees which will raise the communication effectiveness.
In order to make further improvement of corporate culture sharing of experience is also
recommended. With this practice an advancement in the communication can be raised
because of mutual sharing of experience and mistakes.
In the same way an introduction of new policies is also recommended with reference to
raise in the effectiveness of corporate communication. With the making of policies, the
practice of communication can be made incorporated in the corporate.

corporate culture. With the use of adequate style and its adoption like the practice of use
