Structure and culture of organization are two basic components that define the way
functions employees and all other activities are being managed in an organization. These two are
one of the most important aspects that help in the nature of managerial work and communicating
the overall role played by leaders’ managers and defining the variables of effective leadership
and management of the organization. Present report is based on an essay writing that consists of
detailed analysis of relationship between structure culture people and the performance of
organization this there is discussion of the behavioral approach to management with the
understanding of factors that affect individual behavior and various differences occurring
