capital. NGO’s are refers as the service provider who are works for social wellbeing instead of
earning profit and growth (Groh, Stallwood and Daniels, 2011). NGO’s are concern on providing
appropriate health care services to the people at global level in order to improvising their health
care condition. Heath care organizations are work for rendering various like of health benefits
like mental, psychological and physical benefits to the people who are suffering from any kind of
issues and conflicts. Oxfam is the chose organisation for this particular report, it is a
confederation of around 20 in dependable charitable firms, which are focusing on the alleviation
of global poverty. The organisation was established in the year of 1942 and led by Oxfam
international. It is a nonprofit organisation, which mainly works for providing nonprofit health
care services to the people and make proper improvement in their condition. The major motive of
health care organisation is to providing satisfactory services to the needy people who are
suffering from any kind of issues or dieses. Oxfam is owned by the government or its authorities
are conducting their operations through the funds that are provided by the charity or trusts.

government institutions are involved who are contributing their significant efforts in developing
the condition of people at global level (Green, Miller and Aarons, 2013). These kinds of firms
are funded by charitable trust and communication gap may cause various issues and conflicts
among the organisation and its stakeholders. It is the major responsibility of organisation to
create an effective communication channel so that the flow of information can be created in
appropriate manner.
Ethical Concern: This also considered to be the major issue which has a huge influence on the
operations of the firm, as it is the major obligation of the researcher is to providing assurance to
their targeted people about safety and security of their personal information. Researcher also
should have considered the time and cost so that proper implementation of project or its activities
can be done. Proper management of time and cost are helpful in reaching at the potential
