 Personal development refers to those process under which the person has

personalities. These abilities and capabilities helps the individual to develop
effective life style and to able them to improve their standard of living.
 Professional development refers to the learning process of the individual
which is used by them to develop effective professional skills. Such as to
peruse any degree and to gain various opportunities in the market.

working under which the individual is requires
specified registration or license for the purpose
of doing employment in the market. The need
and importance of degree and skills are high in
this key area of occupation.

field
 I have choose marketing as my core profession on
the basis of their importance and increasing demand
in market. the chosen field is required specialised
skills in the individual to carry out their functions.
 I am one of those person which are happy to share

disable the person to focus on their core business. The result

 Decision making: the function of decision making is one of
the greatest challenge of individual life.
