knowledgeable workforce and retain them for long time.
In order to overcome impact of communication barrier and culture differences, Hello
Molly should adopt flat communication and effective program of training and
development.

There were many problems faced by me while doing this project work. I have developed
various skills after doing this project. This project was not so easy and I had to go through
various articles and journals for knowing about the recruitment and selection process. I get to
know about the importance of recruitment and selection process in a global environment. Also, I
